I only stopped for a coffee and decided to go inside. I was pleased to see that on all of the tables there are plants. I never had such a good experience in any fast food restaurant.
Amazing staff. They were so happy and cheerful. This is the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. The two ladies were really enjoying their shift, and she was so happy when she took our order. Kudos to the staff, I wish I lived close by, so I could grab a coffee everyday and start my.mornings with these awesome people.
Big Mac patty was still pink… that’s fine for a steak but please cook your ground beef
This is the best McDonalds in Richmond. I live right next to 2 Blundell location but drive the extra few minutes to this location instead because it’s MUCH better. The crew here are very kind and try their best. Never once was treated poorly by any staff here. Blundell location has some nasty people working there (after 11 pm crew) which make it a miserable place to go to.
Their customer service is horrible! They treat us like we forced them to be there. Truly heartbreaking as I am a very loyal customer and to receive such treatment every time I go there is making me question what’s their deal? And even when I try to get my rewards from ordering through the app, they purposely don’t scan it 4 time in the row and I talked to them but this issue is still not solved.Other locations are friendly and helpful but this location in particular is horrible.
Haven’t had McDonald’s in a very long time and decided to grab a quick bite. Ordered 2 Big Mac meals with large fries, and 2 mcdouble burgers and 2 junior chicken burgers. It was not busy at all as I was there with only another person ordering. You can see there were no other orders on their inside order screen.We live about 4 min away and drove home to eat with the family.Fries were stone cold and we had to reheat them as soon as we got home (5min max). Not sure why they rush to made the burgers but we had to reconstruct the burgers to be at least decent to hold and give them to the kids to enjoy. Even the burgers were cold and we could not possibly reheat them.We are paying for a burger to enjoy not a slob of random ingredients thrown in a paper wrapper. How dissatisfying it was to pay over $30 and be utterly disappointed.I know nothing can be done as they careless about what anyone writes and complains but will definitely be paying more at other places.

Be ready to wait, wait and wait. In fact, use the drive-thru window as all orders are 1st prioritized there...if you order from the counter you are not a priority... I have waited +15min for an egg mcmuffin and coffee! It may be one of the few McDonalds in Canada to have no all day breakfast after 11am. Management may be subpar as there is a big employee turnaround. Used to love it and now I just go to Tims or AW. Oh! during the summer the ice cream maker machine gets routinely broken.
We ordered hot cakes and they didn't give us utinsel. They also didn't give us syrup and butter. We also found a hair in our fries.
