Visited on May 11th Mchappy Day and the staff there are always fast and friendly. Tried the double Filet-O-Fish for the first time, with extra tartar sauce and it was delicious. One of the best McDonald's in the entire lower mainland, hands down.
Had a great experience with their employees came to help in a discriminating situation from an employee from save on foods who was racist to my family. The employees from McDonald’s helped us greatly in the parking lot with that bad man.Thank you for your kindness and helping my family in that dangerous situation.
Waiting 20+ minutes now for a simple coffee and 1/4 pounder.. still waiting.. good way to waste my entire lunch break. Waiting for an order that should take 30 seconds. EDIT: they ended up entirely forgetting my order. Went in after 30 minutes of waiting to find out it was "misplaced". Then the coffee cup they gave me leaks and is covering my work desk. This place is an absolute joke. Do NOT go here.
This McDonald's is pretty consistent, food being prepared the same most every time and not seemingly too be just slapped together, although the coffee sometimes can be forgotten as in no sugar when asked for three or two, but usually the cream is consistent mostly.Thank youChris D
Horrible experience at the drive through. Huge wait time (that's understandable) but they kept mixing up my order and trying to give me other people's orders instead. It took nearly 30min to get my food.
Waited 10 minutes for my artistic ice cream cone ???. I heckin LOVE McDonald's!
Afternoon staff are great and work well under this one, Hispanic-looking (I think) manager.Evening staff are horrid and slow af with everything. Had to wait 10+ minutes for a cup of coffee, and there were 6 other ppl waiting to pick up their orders too, who were waiting even before I got there. Wouldn't be too bad if everyone was working hard to fulfill orders, but there were two staff just standing around not doing anything.
If you visit this location and go through the drive thru be prepared to be asked to park and wait. This location struggles hard with passing the orders out at the window. They seem to prefer delivering it to several cars at once in the parking lot. Staff are all wonderful though so I don’t know if that’s the problem. Also they charge for mayonnaise so we all know that’s ridiculous and a bad sign.
I can’t count the number of times my order is lukewarm, at best. This by far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to.
Something is wrong at this McDonalds. I don't know what it is exactly. My suspicion is the management. They are way more concerned with the posted times for service intervals than getting proper service to their customers. Why must every car through the drive thru be asked to park in the wait for order spots. Even the simplest orders are told to move out of the way and wait in a spot. Today we decided to go inside. T'was a circus. Simply ordered two coffees and a hot chocolate from the kiosk. They managed to screw that up - the hot chocolate had zero amount of chocolate. Find another store and avoid the disappoints at this one.
