No doubt I love McDonald’s but customer service makes big difference. I must say Tim always serves with big smile ? and it makes me wanna to go to this location. He got great sense of humour ?
Hit the Drive-thru last night after picking my son up from the airport. He had a quarter pounder meal, I had a McDouble with small fries and drink.Got on the road back to Abbotsford and of course, just as we were passing the Knight Street exit, we discovered... no McDouble in the bag. McDouble on the receipt, McDouble on my debit card... no McDouble in the bag.I ALMOST turned around to go back but at that point I wouldn't have been able to exit until No.6 Rd. and I just wanted to get home as it was after 10pm.I thought about calling, but what are they going to do... offer me a free burger later? At a store an hour from home, in an area I get to maybe 2-3 times per year?I wonder if I can get a chargeback for $3?
A girl on hijab on drive through was very rude and the food was cold. She seemed to be very unhappy working there, people like this should not working there as it’s a negative vibe. She didn’t smile or say thank you or nothing for the cold food served. Totally unacceptable NEVER GOING BACK.
This McDonald's doesn't treat it's staff well. Then, Last week almost everyone got sick, no frequent sanitization and alcohol sprays. No priorities for people.How u respect staff will reflect both short-term and long term.

We had fillet o fish. It was amazing! I had the thick Choc smoothie to go with it. I loved the milkshake, so creamy, thick and delicious! Had large fries with it. They have a drive thru as well. Was pretty busy, lots of movement, and service was good. They have lots of parking as well.
It’s horrible. The McDouble burger I traded for 6,000 points still doesn't give me cheese. I noticed a biting stick in my mouth. Spit it out and found it was hair. It was so disgusting that I almost vomited. I'd like to give a negative 1000 rating if I can!
I came here often for take outs, but it seems they often make mistakes though most staff are friendly. I ordered a 3-patty burger and they gave me 2 patty, another time they gave me a burger with no lettuce. There is hardly any effective way to do a complain, too, when you order a take out
Not the first time they messed up my order. Ordered a meal, an extra burger and nuggets. Came home to missing burger. Frustrating because now my spouse doesn't have a burger to eat and I paid for nothing. And it's not their first time!
