I was having dinner on Saturday evening. Lot of people line up over fifty minutes inside the restaurant beside the dinning tables for take out, dinning area is small that make guess who having dinner very uncomfortable. Food quality is bit better than average for what they ask for.
If you want terrible service on Christmas Eve, you can come and try.We made phone call order on 11:40 and told the waitress will pick up 13:00.After we arrive on time, the boss in pink shirt said to us : “just line up over there, don’t talk to me. I have no idea about phone order” in a very rude way.yes we line up for 20 minutes to have the chance to the waitress, and finger out she did not send the order to the kitchen. So we have to wait for another 30 minutes…..It’s quite unpleasant experience! This place usually not this busy, but it’s Christmas Eve, we can understand.Just don’t come on any holiday unless you can wait for 1 hour.
Food delicious and prices are reasonable. Everday lots of take out orders from 1600 until .... Service very good.
One goes there for good Cantonese dishes, not the ambience. Soya sauce chicken and char-siu are really yummy. Please try their fried rice to be added with chili rings!
The best Cantonese BBQ in the city! The BBQ goose is absolutely marvelous. Place your order ahead. A must try dish.
Food is alright. But worst customer service ever. The tall skinny Cantonese waiter should change his career so he won't ruin any customers' appetite in the future. If I can give a negative review. I will.
Damn good! I ordered bbq duck on rice and chasiu with chicken 9’ rice! Both are amazing and 100% HK (canton) style bbq! Come with free tea and soups. Oh ya remember to order the salty egg ?. Just $2 extra.Overall this is tasty, affordable but just acceptable dinning environment. Highly recommended for anyone love Chinese bbq.
The taste of mom’s home cooking. Large portions; a 4-dish combo fed 5 of us and came with Chinese soup and red bean “sand” sweet soup for dessert! Just not very keen on their tea which has a lee-chee fruity taste. Cash-only restaurant?
Very busy during lunch time and cash only. Their signature soy sauce chicken and BBQ pork were very tender and juicy.
One time customer here, very busy, crazy parking lot with terrible drivers everywhere. They have this attitude that you are blessed to get a table here, now order, eat, pay and get out. There are so many nice restaurants in Richmond. I am sure I will find one that appreciates my business.
