Most of the time I go, it is closed although online the store is listed as open. There is a sign placed near the window saying they are open, but their doors are locked. When their doors are open, there will not be anyone standing near the checkout counter so nobody knows if there is anyone there. We had to call them out one time. Another time, we did not even bother calling for anyone because there was nobody outside at the counter and it makes them look like they are not serving anyone. This unprofessionalism from the cashier leads to customers making assumptions and leaving, thus they are losing money. Wait time is ridiculously long as well. Although the food is good, it is not likely I will visit here often, especially since I am disappointed every time with either long wait times or the store being closed without giving clear notice. Very unprofessional store. They make themselves look like they are open but actually closed. How misleading is that? They should update their business hours if they will continue to run like this and mislead everyone.

cute little shop. had the spicey chicken egg sandwich. egg was nice. bread was thick, nice and soft. chicken was chunky - little big and made eating slightly difficult but was still delicious. spiciness level was very mild at around 1/5 so don't expect any pain/heat to be a flavor.shop was cutie little shop with only 1 sit in table. but probably more worth it to couple the experience enjoying the beautiful steveston harbour or the neighbouring Park. little expensive at 12 dollars but it was worth it to try imo. i would highly recommend to come on a sunny day.

Terrible experience! Ordered online as the site says best to order 15 minutes ahead. Ordered at 12:20. Got there and they weren’t even open! Supposed to open at 11. Called and called someone finally answered saying they decided to open at 1pm due to the rain (wasn’t raining!) Got there at 1 they were not open. Staff started rushing in at 1:20…..then they had the GAUL to ask us to wait 30-40 minutes for our order. Finally got our order at 2pm……clueless staff…..terrible service…..never going there again.

Yummy drinks and sandwiches. Unfortunately the crawfish was too spicy for my taste. But it was great food overall!

I would rate it higher if the staff didn't forget about my order. We placed an order through an online order platform and setup a pickup time. The staff on duty was busy chit-chating with his friends, completely forgot to make my order. I only had an hour lunch break in between, i had to rush back to work and took a few bites on the way back. The food tastes as good as before but the experience was not that nice. Hopefully it won't happen again.

The sandwiches are amazing and the wait was short. Went there on a Saturday at noon. No line. Only took 10 min to get our food and drink. The fois gras is so good and definitely worth the price. The fois gras is salty on its own but in each bite, the bread nicely soaks up the flavour and combined with the sauce and egg, it's just one big flavour bomb. The toppings are only on the top of the sandwich, so half the bites are without it. But that half is still very good and I find it provides a good evenness to the meal. The garlic prawn is also good and much more budget friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at the sweetness level of the drink. I'm not a big fan of plain tea. Even though it is advertised as all natural, there is a fair amount of sweetness to it that is just perfect for my tastes. There is a plastic sieve built into the bottle, so no chunks actually flow through the opening when you drink. Love this place. Definitely would recommend coming to try the fois gras.

The flower fruit teas are very photogenic but just taste like slightly sweet tea… can’t really taste any fruitiness like the names suggest.

Pretty good Korean street toast sandwich with their hollandaise sauce

Sign at door says close at 7pm.

Luckful nest offers pretty delicious egg sandwiches in a very interesting seeming store with many plants. Though it lacks the appearance of a good store in my opinion, the food makes up for it with its interesting combos. This includes the crayfish sandwich which was quite delicious after waiting a few minutes. Not bad but the hours on Google are incorrect as of a few days ago (Mid July)
