Love Lotus. I must say that I am creature of habit and always order the same meal. I usually go with my whole family as it is walking distance from home. The Lotus of today is not that of a couple of years ago. But then again, which restaurant has not suffered change due to COVID? We find hat the food is just as wholesome and delicious as always but more expensive and dishes are smaller than they were two years ago. It's not really a complaint just a note as they are still very filling and satisfying.Everything we've ordered, from salad rolls to spring rolls to Phô to their Bùn Bó Hue has been delectable and fresh tasting. I think their Phô is the most flavourful I've had. Our only complaint has been that the Bùn Bó Hue has not been very hot. In fact, it's been much cooler than the Phôs we've ordered, so my wife has had to ask that they boil it for her so that by the time it makes it to the table it's still hot enough.Other than that, staff are quick and efficient, some friendly, others not so much. Service has always been good and they've been very responsive to special orders, when asked. The restaurant is clean but sometimes very loud when busy. I am happy they have outdoor seating spaces as it makes for a slightly nicer atmosphere when the restaurant is very busy.
One of the best Pho places in Richmond. The portions are very generous. One of my other favorite dishes is the lemon grass chicken. The portion is huge and comes with a spring roll. The service is always great. It can get busy for the lunch rush so plan ahead.
The food is cold. But even if I reheat them, I believe the taste will not be drastically different. I have tried the same dish at different locations. So far this one probably the worst. The price is also among the highest too.

The soup was so good that it was like perfect, same as the noodles and beef. They give free tea to everyone when you sit down, which is also good.
This is my favourite Vietnamese restaurant. Pho broth is superb, vermicelli bowls are always a treat, they have amazing fried rolls, and chicken wings. You always get hot tea when you sit down, too. They have a this pork wrapped around a piece of sugarcane which is delicious as well. Parking can be a challenge at peak times, so be warned, you may need to go around to the other side of the plaza.
Oh yes! these Resturant is very good and quick food is great ,in and out door.
Closest to authentic I have found in Richmond. And high quality as well!
