Disgusting customer service..! Was issued a credit by manager Karm after complaining about treatment from staff after commenting about how they weren’t following proper covid protocol during the height of the pandemic… Karm apologized and said she would provide a credit for me to use at a later date. Tried to redeemthat credit… the staff at the store “can’t find it” … and Karm is away…. even though I messaged her on her personal cell phone… has not yet bothered to reply.Would love to give 0 stars… but that is not an option.Would not recommend this store… and will NEVER be going back in the future.!Thank you Karm for your lack of customer service… and the extremely poor training of your front of house staff.!!

Staff members are really nice. Went there 3-4 times for skip order. Felt wholeheartedly welcomed by workers there.
Ordered the classic pineapple pizza. It was so dry that the pineapples had shrivelled up. There was hardly any ham there .The double cheese bread was really dry, it chaffed the inside of my mouth. Never ever am I ever ordering another. Waste of 30 dollars .
I ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread. The food was already made and in a warmer when I arrived. (I didn't pre-order)The pizza was barely warm at best and was not cut evenly. The two smallest slices could both fit on a single one of the big slices.The crazy bread was cold with a touch of warmth. They looked somewhat deformed, with the size and shape not being consistent at all. They are also absolutely soaked in butter/oil.The food tastes about the same as it did 5-6 years ago, just a little colder this time.Good for a quick, cheap bite, but don't expect any good quality food.
Ever so reliable whenever you need a not so healthy but yummy enough and hella cheap take out

Beyond poor customer service. Ordered the BBQ pizza and received a disgusting pizza with with 2 toppings, white onions and chicken. Called them to complain and they refused a refund. I’ll never order from here again. Stay away from this place.
