I waited for a while to be seated. The waiter didn’t mention that they didn’t serve the full menu. The only menu they served was late menu that was supposed to be served late night, but not during the evening. The only place for the entire airport that looks at least not like a fast food has terrible service, super overpriced and doesn’t have even a full menu that advertised. Shame!
After waiting for 35 minutes for a table for 5, the waiter told us that 2 is better then 3 and 4 is better then 5?So basically we have been waiting for nothing! ? No flexibility is pulling up a chair to a 4, nothing. Terrible place. Should be shut down asap and replace by a less pretentious practical place.
How is this the only bar in the entire airport terminal? Spend half an hour queueing and service was slow even though I could see empty tables, drink prices are expensive, it's like they do it on purpose to seem "exclusive". Not a great strategy for people in an airport who are only there a limited time and aren't likely to be repeat customers often.
We were stuck in the airport due to a flight delay. So the airline provided a $60 voucher that could only be used inside the security zone.Crab cakes -$20. Very nice. 9/10Salmon rolls - $19. Nice, slightly oversalted. 7/10.2x hot lava cake $10 each. Very nice. 9/10.The service is slower, perhaps due to to high demand. The food was the best choice out of what's available in the food court. The prices are $$.
Rubbish place - was shut at 8.30pm when their website says closing at 9pm. This is an international airport - why close so early? If they can’t stay open longer, take their licence away & give someone else a chance!

Went for lunch here today. Was expecting better quality food. Ordered the BLT and it was super small, not much taste to it. Fries were barely cooked. Typical airport food. Overpriced mediocre food. Disappointed.
Utter trash. I paid 20$ for a sandwich that was 50% lettuce. The menu is extremely limited. Literally if you want a good burger go to AW across the way. The only good thing about this place is the service. The server was on point, but sorry a restaurant doesn't earn a good review if the foods trash.
Prime location. Ran horrible. Pre-Covid & now. Someone else needs to take it over. Unacceptable for a YVR restaurant
Website says bar closes at 10 pm.Lined up at 8.30pm and bar man just waved me away.
