Excellent value for the money. Even though prices have gone up a little due to inflation this place offers wholesome tasty meals at bargain prices. They have a daily lunch and dinner specials of the day that change daily. Their meals include salad, roast potatoes with their entrees. There are no French fries here with any of their meals sadly. Their daily lunch special is $8!! Much cheaper and more wholesome food for your money than say, McD. Their daily dinner specials are between $10-19 depending on what is featured for the day. Service is friendly and efficient. They also have a discounted menu for appies and snacks after 8:30 pm. There is a wine, beer and cocktails available too. It's lined up regularly for a reason. Nicely air conditioned if you are looking for a tasty meal and a cool retreat. Well worth a visit.
Food is very affordable here. Burgers and sandwiches are $9 ~ $14 (small sides included). More substantial entrees are all under $20. You do have to curb your expectations slightly for the portions. They are just filling enough for an average adult. Taste wise, food here is fresh and homey.

One of the best places in Richmond to eat in my opinion. Great portions of delicious food at such affordable prices. My favourite items on the menu are the salmon, garlic prawns, calamari and veggie burger. Also, try their ice tea on tap. Once you eat their food, you'll always be craving to go back for more!
Good food at fair prices. Essentially the food tastes like homemade food you would eat at home but didn't have to cook. The scoop:The LA burger: was tasty and had perfectly cooked crisp bacon and a fresh brioche bun. Juicy patty too. Was yummy.Steak and Shrimp: good quality steak, rice had perfect chewy texture like al dente rice, potatoes were a bit plain, salad was good.Shirley temple was nice, sweet and refreshing.Would eat here again :)
Great value for your money. Generous portions - I ordered the Thursday dinner special, Souvlaki & Prawns last night, as we (wifey) are coming from the airport, straight off a 5 hour flight from Toronto. Excellent service and did I mention that their washroom is clean. 5 star experience indeed.
It's not that hard to update somewhere regarding opening hours... on multiple occasions we've come here around 9pm and saw that they were closed, even though hours says 11pm everywhere else. I called the next day to ask what their hours were and was told it can range anywhere from 9-10pm depending on customer traffic. honestly this is really disrespecting all your customers that took the effort in driving all the way to the restaurant at night only to be turned away in confusion. we get it, you guys don't really care about us or the extra profit. the food is not that great but people return for the cheap meals. I really wonder how this place isn't out of business yet.
