Order took longer to come which is fine because its snowing outside but I'm not happy with the phone service I received. I called the first time to make sure there's a courier to deliver my food because sometimes in snow, couriers don't want to deliver.As soon as the lady picks up the phone, she starts talking abou thow she's very busy and there are many orders not giving me time to ask my actual question. After listening to her vent for a while. I got to ask my question and they said they weren't sure about the courier situation but assured me my food was being made so I left it at that.After an hour of waiting, I call back to check on my food and they said they never received my order and they cancelled it.Hearing this, I ordered from another place and then ten minutes later, the courier delivers my food. I find it so frustrating how the person on the phone didn't listen to my question at all and just wanted to get the phone call over with. Not happy with my experience

Been going to this place for almost 2 years now, even with covid they haven't changed the prices much at all. I usually get the scallop and tuna roll with a donburi. Costs around $15 and theres enough food to eat and still have enough leftovers for tommorow.There can be times when it does take a while for your food to arrive, but that's expected when it's busy and the shop is run by only two people. Just call ahead to order and she will give you an estimate of when the food will be ready.
Good place if you want sub par and fast sushi, some of their rolls are very nice and most of them are just okay. One time I got a sushi and it has plastic pieces on it .Their teriyaki don is good and so is the tempura
Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and very argumentative service by the old lady on the phone and at the cashier. First it took forever to order 2 Cali roll+2 Dynamite rolls because she couldn't count in English and even over the phone was shouting at me quite incomprehensibly. So I managed to get across what I wanted. The first thing you need to understand is that this restaurant does not have a menu on their website and I was gauging the prices based on the photos here. So I get there and I'm floored by the price. Already this lady is shouting in my face, telling me, No no I don't have to sell to you if you don't want. So I insist on paying and at this point my voice is also raised but I'm being a lot more assertive. I needed to instruct her to collect my change. And this whole time this lady was shouting incomprehensibly at me in broken English, arguing with me, including on my way out of the restaurant. The food was decent but I would never visit this restaurant again as the woman made the transaction incredibly uncomfortable. She should be fired.
I love their deep-fried Cali rolls. Also love the big portions they give. My go-to spot for sushi in Richmond

Lovely fresh fish and the rice is pretty nice texturally too. The fish to rice ratio is great and price point is some serious value. Going to drop by here weekly!
