This place used to be really good with decent portions. Now it’s $17 for 5 tiny pieces of short ribs. They will also refuse to give you bbq sauce because “it doesn’t come with your combo”.Seriously? Terrible employees and management is clearly pinching pennies.Not worth going back anymore. Stay away and just go to a Korean bbq restaurant instead. It’ll be cheaper.
The cook started using his phone as he was waiting for my food to cook? Then he did not wash his hands and started preparing my sandwich…
$13 for this Bibimbap? I understand it’s mall food, but this is just ridiculous. One of the worst options you can choose from in the food court. Small portions, underwhelming taste and didn’t fill me up like a good quality option for lunch should be.
Cheap ingredients! Awful tasting chicken but worst of all was the Kimchi. I love Korean food and I've had kimchi regularly for the last 16 years both here and in Korea. This place has the cheapest, most disgusting kimchi I've ever had! Stay away, waste of money!

Worst customer service with false fake not accurate description of food. Order a BBQ beef they gave me chicken. But under the description both says chicken. They won't fix order. Bad service.
I've been a regular here for a while. I don't expect anything crazy in terms of food or service but it's decent food. However my experience today was awful. I ordered by usual BBQ chicken and when I was on my second piece of chicken I found a short curly hair in/on my chicken. Needless to say I went back to them to show them. The middle aged man with, surprise, curly hair, examined my food for a while asking me where I found it and why it looked like a 'new' hair. I'm not sure what that meant or why it was relevant. After staring at the hair, my head and muttering to himself for almost a full minute. He said sorry I'll make you a new one. I said, that's fine. They proceeded to give me a meal with 1/3 the amount for all of my sides. Keeping in mind I hadn't even touched 2 out of 3 of my sides. Frustrating experience. Not customer friendly at all. Really disappointing.
The servers weren't very friendly, but the main reason I won't go back again is the meat portion. With $15 for beef and chicken combo, you only get one thin slice of beef and one 5x5cm size of chicken. Totally not worth it.
I see whhy the reviews r bad here... it's because of the older Korean lady's rude attitude.. as a fellow Korean person it made me upset as I knew she would treat a Korean person better if she had known they were Korean . What kind of business says they r open at 11 and when I got their it was 11:09 they say they r not open for 30 minutes? What the hell... that's ridiculous... u should change ur business to 11:30 opening start time...
We regret ordering here. The lady server was so rude. She keep saying no to everything we asked and started arguing with us and to her coworker! That’s the worst service ever. I don’t know why the company still keeping her after all the bad reviews.The food is way different from other koryo. The garlic potato and chicken has no taste and over cooked.
