worst KFC I ever visit. Looked and tasted like the Oil had not been changed in Weeks. Actually Every single time i have the meal and same day i always loose bowels. would give negative Stars if possible.
If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. This place gave me food poisoning. The quality of the meat is awful, and the flavour is even worse. This is not the KFC I remember.
If this restaurant is not close to me,I will never order on this place. They always get the order wrong, every time! Like its their hobby to make mistakes here.
Service is great but the chicken looks and tastes like it's been sitting there all day. Very dry and old looking.
This is the worse experience from Dec 23 , 2021, I have not reported to anyone because I know its holiday seasons , so I had given them more than enough time to get back to me, I filled out the contact (required) forms for four times , I had called the store, the staff told me that their manager is coming back in Saturday Jan 1, 2022, but I had not heard back from any of them nor KFC whatsoever , I even called in the same day that had this raw chicken sandwich before this store closed , but no one picked up the phone. This is unacceptable , absolutely horrible, I had given so much time waiting for the feedback or emails contact, I had received nothing not even an apology from this horrible experience , I filled out this survey KFC they sent me after I bought this meal, all they had given me a free popcorn asked if I would accept this for the apology of a raw chicken sandwich! This is RIDICULOUS! This is so frustrating that they did wrong , and I was the one that had a bite into this sandwich and swallowed before I realized inside was completely raw. Tell me what you guys would do if you were in the same situation.
Polite and great service as the cashier even asked me if I would like to have any ketchup. As for the food, it is NOT KFC because the chicken doesn't has any of the kfc unique spices/flavor. It's just regular fry chicken, but with soggy skin...
I would have given 5 stars, however our order was buggered up slightly, but not enough to go back and wait when we were starving!!The chicken is way better than when I had it a couple years ago. Before it was so dry you had to chase it down with water!!
Worst chicken ever. There was no breading. It was greasy. What happened to KFC? Mary Browns from now on. Even if I have to drive to Surrey
This KFC branch never fails to make me upset and laugh at the same time! I usually order here a bucket of 8 piece chicken. I receive my orders either with missing 1 or 2 chicken, or with very very tiny chicken legs! The missing chicken pieces are upsetting. Customers should get what they paid for, I cannot shake the thought that the employees are stealing chicken! Sorry! Now about the tiny chicken legs, they of course are also upsetting but it made melaugh! They were so tiny that I took a photo to my amazement. Where do you get those baby chicken legs by the way?! Yes it would definitely feed a baby, but not a grownup! It’s either you close up shop if you keep doing this, or atleast lower your prices!
Order two combo online. Replied email said order ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at store 30 minutes later, food not ready. Had to wait another about 5 to 6 minutes. Reach home, checked order, one item missing, Popcorn chickens on my Dark Sharing Bucket. KFC, you suck. Short change on customer paid order is thievery.
