They are serving cold food. I never received receipt. Please stop this. During payment you have to ask for receipt.
March 16,2022 around 9:20pmWe ordered of 6 individual orders of the tuesday special. Instead the crew put all of the chicken in one bucket and the fries in another box. Maybe it was a miscommunication which is understandable. But then when we got home and took out the chicken we could see that the chicken was undercooked and was still dripping blood and also the coating on the chicken was soggy and was falling apart.
I write this review to let Manager look back staff services. I bought fried chicken this afternoon and really disappointed fried chicken quality. I and my daughter tasted fish flavour in fried chicken, it made our food terrible. I surely say somebody just fry raw fish in thermometer. Fried chicken is important food for your branding, please watch staff carefully, i love your KFC and would enjoy this fried chicken with best quality. Thanks for all.
Was okay service. Could not really understand the cashier (didn’t get her name) and it seemed like she was being so quick about it when there was no line up behind me - but it may be because since it was about 15 minutes until closing time. Took a while to get my food. I feel like there should be more drink options for the fountain. You get extra sauces as a bonus (I’m not sure how) and I noticed when a customer asked for salt, the cashier gave him a few which I found generous since many places don’t do that.
Worst customer service. Ready to charge extra for ketchup also.
No $5 fill ups and the chicken didn’t taste like KFC chicken. Seasoning or something tasted off.
Ask for 8pcs chicken spicy you get 8pcs legsFor 20.92. when asked I am told I asked for it. Is it not the person who takes order to ask legs or mix she only asked me if spicy. What spicy no idea if there is any spice's in that chicken.
Sometimes not too friendly but delicious.
Yesterday I went to kfc and the cashier was nice, but food was greasy, expensive and the drumsticks where small fries same old but the main chicken were filled with grease and they were small. and the coke tasted like Diet Coke.
