I come here often and today is the worst! I bought 2 drinks and I as I paid for both drink the Chinese cashier didnt even turn back to scan my Jugo rewards.. she was just keep heating up the chicken wraps as I was standing there waiting for her to look back at me and scan the jugo rewards . BUT SHE DIDN’T . So the other lady helped me which is an Indian lady, she scanned my rewards and she saw that I can claim a free drink so she went through it.. but she also didn’t not RECORD the transaction for my order that I made…the CHINESE lady fixed it when I told her what she did but she didn’t even say sorry for her mistake!!!! SERVICE is so bad and the drink is too sour! I can barely finish it. For almost paying $9 for each drink this is very disappointing !! NEVER COMING BACK! I really hope that the head office will check this location!! worst location ever!
Been here twice in a row and you guys stop making juice ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING!!! It would be understandable if you stopped 30 mins before but a FULL HOUR!???
Excellent customer service provided by the store supervisor. I'm a regular customer at this store, and the store supervisor always recognizes customers and provides 5 star, tailor-made service. This is the main reason I keep coming back. I hope Jugo Juice never forgets that good customer service is the foundation and the key to a long-lasting business.

I've been coming to this Jugo Juice location everyday recently, most of the staff here are friendly. Until today, I received the worst attitude and customer service from a female staff named Ming. I came in late today, I saw the kale was obviously running out, after I ordered she put what's left in my juice and was too lazy to restock any more fresh kale from the fridge. so I politely asked her if she can put more kale, and not only did she refuse but yelled at me! "No! I won't! You need to pay extra!" "Pay more or no kale!" I cannot believe this level of service and attitude. I've been a Jugo Juice chain customer for the last 10 years. And I have never been more disappointed.

Good fresh juice from a lot of varieties.
Usually, when I order apple juice in Cf Richmond center’s Jugo juice, they make juice using fresh apple. However, today they used some juice from the cup from inside then pour in to juicer and use a few fresh apple to make juice. The taste is not like the fresh apple but bottle apple drink. I’m very disappointed

Now every time I ordered a Good Shot it’s already made and they just grab it from the fridge and added the cayenne they found a way to be freaking lazy and same goes at the Pacific Centre.They don’t make it fresh so they don’t need to clean the machine.
