Juice Juice Bar & Smoothies Coffee & Tea

I was at the USA border joe and juices on Monday. The store was completely packed and customers were being super rude while only 3 people were working. There was one girl who was dashing around the store making the juices trying to get the orders out as fast as she could. When it was my turn to order she helped me and was being so nice and welcoming. She helped me figure out what I should get since it was my first time at this store. The juice was called rebuild. She insisted that I try the tuna sandwich. I was iffy about it at first since I’m not the biggest fan of tuna but she convinced me and I ordered it. It was so delicious and I was so grateful of her astonishing service. She didn’t have a name tag on so I asked her what her name was and she said it was Sanjam. Before it was my turn to order I also saw her helping other customers that were being super rude but she was still super calm and polite to them although they were very harsh. Also, while I was in the line up I was talking to somebody who had been here the day before. They told me that near closing time a blind lady came up to the shop and asked if she could have a juice. The supervisor who had blonde highlights was being extremely rude to the lady. And the lady started bawling but the supervisor rushed away to gossip with her teammates while the lady was still trying to ask for help. So, Sanjam walked over to the lady and helped her with what she wanted. Although it was closing time she went out of her way to help the lady while the supervisor was just saying snarky things about the lady to her teammates. Overall, I absolutely loved the service and would definitely recommend and come back here again.

If you do not have something then SAY IT! on the board it’s not hard. queued for 15 minutes to order a gluten free sandwich as this is the only place in the whole airport that sells gluten free food. Had to run to my flight and wasn’t able to get anything else to eat.

Shorter lines than Starbucks or Tims lol. Lots of options for drinks and food, all very healthy, fast service too.The spicy tuna sandwich was good but the bread was more like a cracker so thin. The spirulina bowl was warm? I thought it would be a smoothie bowl but it was just blended avocado, weird. Not sure I’d wanna eat a warm smoothie again especially one that’s 9$ lol

One would think a snack shop in an airport would be quick. But you would be wrong here. It took 20 minutes for a spiruluna bowl to come out. I never got my green tea before having to leave for a departure.

Red smoothie was underwhelming and overpriced. Chunky too as they don’t blend their smoothies well. Heres a tip for staff and anyone reading: when using old dates please soak them for a few minutes in warm water. This will really soften them up and allow for a smoother smoothie without the chunky bits.

After a mystical week in Whitehorse, I needed some healthy fuel to replenish myself before Bond's wedding. In general I was surprised by how difficult it was to find vegan options at the Vancouver airport. Considering how many vegan restaurants there are in the city, I expected the airport to be similar. Despite the paucity of vegan options, I was thrilled by this Açai bowl from Joe and the Juice. It was exactly what I was looking for while waiting for my connecting flight. Admittedly, I missed my original connecting flight at 8:40 AM to Toronto. This was a gift in disguise as I used the additional time while waiting for my 12 departure to find this hidden gem. The staff was sympathetic to my situation and prepared a nourishing bowl that was pleasing to my palate. While I reflected on my trip I peered out the window, knowing that just like this Açai bowl before I took my first bite, the best was just ahead of me.

Coffee is better than Starbucks but ask them to blend your smoothie more than usual unless you like big chunks of unblended dates in your green smoothie! Smoothie wasn’t cold, not impressed.

I am here right now at 6:32 pm. They close at 7pm. The person who seems to be the manager said that they are not serving any drinks...ANY DRINKS???because it is close to closing time (but it is not closing time). Joe and the Juice does not serve drinks after 6:32pm everyday even though they close at 7pm. That is a very weird rule to have.

Delicious shake, very creamy. A little pricey.

When it was time for me to order, they were just chatting and paying no attention to me (they acknowledged my presence). I was waiting for a few minutes before one of them turned to me, ready for my order, and I found it a little infuriating but I didn't let it bothering me until I got my order...I ordered the Pick Up juice (small) and it was ridiculously overpriced. It had only 3 ingredients which were strawberry, banana and apple. My whole hand was actually bigger than the entire juice itself and it cost me $10. It wasn't amazing - it had a bland favour. A five year old kid could've made it better than that...I don't recommend anyone going there but what do you expect from the airport?
