So yummy!!! Love the little ice cream balls! My banana split ice cream dessert was awesome, at first I thought it was just ice cream balls covering what I thought was just mostly shaved ice but then as I ate more of it I got a surprise one after another! There was a ball of ice cream in the middle then some crunchy stuff and more ice cream balls!! It was really good and a big portion! Also their little fishy shaped desserts (got Nutella filling) were so yummy too! A favourite! Gone back a few times bringing friends and family there! Definitely recommend!!
It took really long for our order to come but it was very good. I probably would've given it a higher review but the tea I got was 80% Ice and they also required a minimum of $7 for each person. This usually wouldn't be a problem because one dish is usually already around 20 but because we has 6 people and were only planning to buy 2 dishes to share, we ended up having to buy an extra milk tea (around $6) which wasn't even good.
This place is the best bingsu cafe in Richmond. I have had bingsu more than 10 yrs at various cafe and Jack Frost is obviously and uniquely awesome. Congrats on 4 year of opening and I had specially decorated cotton candy bingsu yesterday, which made my weekend perfect. Good job, Jack Frost !
I just came across this hidden gem after a visit to Richmond city hall as Jack is right across from it. With the owner’s recommendation, I got to try their Injeolmi redbean snowfalls, I think it’s their signature menu. Wow it tastes like a little drops of heaven. The gnocchi-like rice cake is so chewy and soft and the sweet redbean topping is well paired with the snow flakes. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone while they are in Richmond city hall area.
Tried Bingsu (Korean shaved ice/milk) for the first time here. They gave us a good explanation on it and made our first time trying it awesome.Seating area is quiet and nice.Great places! Definitely recommend it.
It's unique bingsu designs, very cute for photos. Also tastes good but the parking is an issue and the price is quite expensive for dessert. Must share with others with this huge portion.
Amazing place. Very cozy.Delicious coffee and absolutely amazing desserts. Open late.
Amazing experience. So tasty ?
Their Mango Bingsoo was so good! Not too sweet and serving’s perfect for two! ✨ the mini taiyakis are also good, especially the ones with custard and red bean fillings! Will definitely come back for the strawberry and melon duo bingsoo!!! ?
What a great hidden gem of a dessert place - everything they offer that I have tried has been good. My recommendation is the large tiramisu. The large tiramisu is so popular that every time I visit, someone else is having it. However, their watermelon one, toast, and beverages are all delicious too.
