If there is a Top Nasty Service of British Columbia, it would have won hands down. It DOES NOT matter whether you try to speak English or Chinese, you get yelled at with either. It is quite sad actually, when the place is completely empty but the supposed owner still chooses to yell at the only customers in the shop for no apparent reason.Who cares about what the food tastes like when the service is whack
Alright dessert spot but the place feels cheap. Need to pay extra for additional plastic utensils and shareable bowls and there’s no dispensed or tap water available. The mango was fresh and tasty though!
Well, good place for tofu dessert,The food is good! However the service is bad! The old lady is rude! And she is referring to take my ‘black sesame and black sugar’ order because she think the match is not good!? Stop putting your opinion on me!
The old lady who served us was rude and impatient.And they won’t change door - despite the fact that 9/10 customers have tripped on the same spot when they go in.The tofu was mediocre. Brown sugar was grainy and hard to melt.
Lady was very rude when I was trying to order. Was trying to confirm that my order was correct and the lady barked my order back at me giving so much attitude and rolled her eyes. If you wanna be mistreated and disrespected by an old Asian lady this is the right place for you :) Never coming back again and will not recommend to any friends or family.
Super clean (and never seen a cleaner washroom)! The tofu is one of the smoothest I ever had, and lots of toppings and natural sugar to choose from.
Hi. I came in today at around 8:40 and had a bad experience. My husband and I were looking forward to this dessert but the man who took our order did not understand what we wanted. We ordered a coconut jelly tofu and tapioca tofu with cane sugar. What we received was a plain tofu and coconut jelly tofu. My husband was very upset because he specifically said tapioca tofu. I am upset because when we received the tofu it was also watered down not silky as we’ve had at other places. Not a great experience.
Tofu dessert was good but lady was very rude, laughed at me when I said I had never been here before and refused to let me choose certain toppings.edit: you seem to be more concerned about my taste in food rather than the terrible customer service. I suggest anyone who reads this and is thinking about trying the food to walk over a few steps and head to icy, where the food is great and the service is much better.
We love iTofu! They are fantastic especially with takeout. We call ahead, tell them how long we'll be, and they have it freshly made and piping hot for us when we get there. Super friendly staff!
Itofu drink was terrible. All soy milk and just a scoop of tofu puff that doesn’t taste fresh. Like others have pointed, service was rude too. Go to excellent tofu if you want good tofu pudding.
