Went with a group the other day, it was pretty decent for the price.We went during happy hour but it was quite busy, lot of tables taken up by people not even eating anymore just chatting.. that kinda suckedThe food was mid, the soup stock was flavourful but the sauce station was significantly lacking compared to other hotpot places I’ve been.The $5.99 fried chicken was great though!Overall had a good experience, I’ve yet to find a hotpot place that truly blows me away yet..
I came here for dinner recently. The service and atmosphere were pretty good. I got the Half and Half Pot with Mild Spicy and Original soup base. The original soup base tasted slightly different and better than the ones from supermarkets and is worth trying and the spicy one felt the same as the ones from supermarkets. In terms of food, I tried the Sheep and Beef Combo (羊牛至尊), Natural Prime-aged Lamb (快乐羔羊), Shrimp Paste (虾滑), Black Beef Tripe (千层肚), Assorted Vegetables, and Fried Dough (油条). The Sheep and Beef Combo had a good assortment of beef and lamb - I believe there were 3-4 types of each so it’s a decent item if you want to try a bit of everything. The Natural Prime-aged Lamb is definitely worth trying as it was tender/light/smooth compared to regular lamb. The difference felt like eating veal vs beef. The Shrimp Paste and Fried Dough were pretty good as well. The cuts for the tripe were mediocre and the assorted vegetables gave a large amount of one vegetable vs other vegetables.
We came on a Saturday for dinner. We had made reservations for 7pm but were asked to wait. We didn't wait for too long but were told that the next available table was for the individual hotpot section and not the shared section (what is the point of making reservations if this is by next available table).Tip: when you make reservations specify what kind of table you want or they will force you to go to the single hotpot tables (higher price as you need to order individual hot pots but shorter wait time)On to the food.We ordered the hot soup, tomato soup and clear broth. All were not bad. The hot soup isn't very hot so if you want it hotter don't order medium spice. The tomato soup had strong and sour tomato flavours.The lamb skewers were pretty delicious and we can see why they are a popular item. Very tender and well seasoned. Would recommend ordering medium spicy (not too spicy).Don't get the australian lamb and beef plate. For the meats, I would recommend getting the yipin fat cow. It gives you the most bang for your buck. The flavour is better than the beef short rib.We also got the shrimp paste and the ball platter. Both worth getting as they taste like freshly made balls. Very bouncy and deliciousThe handmade noodles are also worth getting as they are fresh noodles. They soak up the broth well and great for finishing your dinner.Overall the service is mediocre but the food is okay. The price can get quite steep if you aren't careful about ordering. Would recommend you get the yipin fat cow, handmade noodles, shrimp paste, ball platter. For the soup base would recommend medium to hot spicy soup. I actually came for the cat robot but only got a glimpse of it once (it usually comes with your first order so get your pictures in then).

Very modern setup they have. You order on a tablet and there are some "Roomba" like things (except taller) that help bring food, though the waiters did most of the work. Food was delivered pretty quickly and the service staff was generally friendly. You get individual pots for your broth. The food was good quality and there is a decent variety. Sauce options were pretty good as well. You also get a popsicle at the end of the meal. It was about $50 per person, so not cheap. Washroom had no paper towel left when I went and also no air dryer.
Cool robot brings some dishes depending on what you order.They have an option to have your own little hotpot instead of sharing one big one!Lots of selection and some late night special items as well.
Soup base is pretty good but they are more adult oriented or hardcore Chinese food eaters. They should probably have some simpler soup choices for kids and non hardcore Chinese food eaters.Other than that everything is pretty good. Price is expensive and that's why we came during the 1:30pm to 4pm 32% off.
Fresh ingredients,quick service, clean and organized. Probably one of the cleanest Asian restaurants I've been to. Even their washrooms are super clean.Definitely recommend this place for hotpot. I think the price is fair and you have plenty of selections to choose from(especially the happy hour).

It's a good size and can sit around 8 people comfortably with TV, coat hangar, and plenty of storage spaces. Do note there's a minimum charge of $300 so you'll need to order 2 sets of hot pot. You'll want to order 2 anyway so there's hotpot on both ends of the table within easy reach of all guests.The dipping sauce is buffet style and you can mix any ingredients to your liking. And if you still have the stomach for it, there's buffet style fresh fruits and dessert, too! And did I mention robot servers?! They help to make the delivery quick and so that the human servers don't need to carry large trays to your table. But the human servers would still take your order from the robot and place them at your table. So it's not a completely 100% robot service LOL.All and all definitely recommend this place for hotpot. I think the price is fair and you have plenty of selections to choose from.
Great service from the robot. I joke. Service was great, food was amazing from both taste and presentation. I wish the ac was a bit less as we are with our jackets on but otherwise it was a very enjoyable time.
