Few years ago when we first stopped by Richmond and gave it a try - it was great. This time we came back and ordered two takeouts … price up, portion down, taste far from authentic, colour and presentation: none. Yes it is still eatable — thus 2-star

Excellent food and customer service
I would give this place a zero if I could. I just walked out of there without eating a drop of food, and somehow still payed $10.97. While we were still looking at the menu the manager was constantly hovering over and interrupting us, and decided after seeing we had checked off the pork broth on our menu, to bring it out to us BEFORE WE ORDERED!! We were about to leave to go elsewhere, and he brought the soup out even though we had not ordered. Then, when we requested to leave, he made us pay for the soup! The soup we did not even want in the first place! I never leave reviews, but the amount of frustration I'm feeling right now is insane. 0/5 would not recommend, it's expensive and they clearly DO NOT care about customer service. They simply wanted to trap us in before we got the chance to make up our minds.
Very traditional Sichuan hot pot, a little bit pricy , food is very hot and spicy. If you like traditional Si Chuan food , good to go .
