I live in Ladner but always prefer No5 location and staff members are always friendly, and the spot is always kept clean. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Ordered as FreshSlice had a deal for $8.88 unlimited toppings create your own. I ordered online with one to be gluten free but unfortunately they called to let me know the deal didn’t include gf pizzas. They tried to do a workaround in the system but couldn’t. Didn’t mind paying full price, but the manager was super apologetic and so kind and generous that he included a free pizza in addition to our order for the inconvenience. Such a kind gesture. Would definitely come back to this location again.
Polite and kind service. I have been there a number of times and every time, I get great service. The restaurant is clean and the owners are the nicest, hardest working people. Please support them.

Generous with toppings, washroom was clean. Took a while to fire up the pizza despite the store being empty. Overall good customer service.
