I just spent a lot on a nice lunch and was told I cannot eat in, even though I have a vaccine card and they have a table and chairs. The lady working told me she can’t help me because it’s the manager’s choice. So I ate outside. Step 1 of owning a restaurant: let your customers eat.
Music was VERY loud and we could not communicate with the cashier properly at all. I was given chicken instead of tofu in my burrito. If I was a vegan/vegetarian I would be extremely offended, luckily I just wanted to give the tofu a try...

Super slow service, i visited this location on july 9 around 2:30, i stood here for 25 minutes after which my order was taken even though there was only one guy before me, The girl just wouldn’t take my order and just packed pickups for 10 minutes, couldn’t even eat cuz i had to get back to work. Wasted my break, most irritating location ever.

The girl wouldn’t take my order. I went around 6pm ish. She seemed overwhelmed with the amount of order she received from Ubereats and she’s the only one working at the moment. I asked her to just make one bowl but she refused which doesn’t make sense to me. I understand that she’s overwhelmed with the order. Maybe the owner need at least 2 people to work during certain hours.-

Beyond expectation! This is our very time trying Freshii. We ordered 2 bowls with additional toppings and the portion is just right! Really love thier foods and definitely go back.
Had the Buddha's Satay salad and the Recoverii smoothie, both were excellent !Staff are both professional and very friendly.
