Yvr needs to get rid of freshii. The people who work here are clueless and take over 10 minutes to make a bowl when there isn't a line up.
About the only healthy eating at the YVR. Actually, taste pretty good. Tried the Tex-Mex bowl, it had nice fresh taste. Today I tried the Pangoa bowl. Not bad at all.
Genuinely stoked. Tasted fresh, healthy and delicious! (Review from a Kiwi)
Great place for a healthy bite at the airport. The chasier was really friendly and fast with our burritos. Would totally eat here again.
Best before flight meal I have ever had
Freshii’s is a great alternative to eating healthy. However, compared to their actual locations, it is does not meet expectations.Wraps, salads, or drinks, coupled with a few of their combos already made. The service and quality of food is alright at best. Food court food is never that good. It being in an airport just makes it worse.
Weird experience.. the asian lady working there is very rude, tries to charge you more by just making things up. I believe she thinks she can do whatever because she’s at a prime location. Please be aware that you might get insulted..Spoiled my mood.. anyway, I hope the food is better than their attitude.
Almost inedible, unless you’re crazy about sauce.Ordered a Buddha bowl because crispy wantons sounded good, but only after I ordered and paid did she tell me they didn’t have wantons — and offered me almonds or coconut shavings instead. I declined them both and asked if there was any source of protein she could provide that contributed to making the bowl more substantial like I hoped the wantons would. They didn’t have anything and by this point it became apparent that I wasted my $10.When it came, the bowl had a thick layer of peanut sauce that covered the noodles so much it resembled soup. The noodles were cold, over cooked and overall severely unimpressive. The customer service wasn’t great and I would recommend passing on Freshii and going somewhere else unless you want to be charged overpriced prices for food basically equivalent to what you would get on your average economy class airplane meal.
Worst Freshii there is - teach your representatives basic customer service. We had an issue with the smoothies we ordered, as it was not the proper size and on top of that, the girls did not even fill it all the way up. I addressed the girl who made it and asked if I could speak to the manager or someone who can help us, as I didn't pay almost $7.00 for half a cup of poorly blended "smoothie." Suma Sidhu was so rude, not even looking at us while we're talking, walking away and cussing - that's not how you handle a situation like that. Wish these girls would learn and maybe they could get a better job elsewhere. A little bit of common sense, decency and tact would go far, but what can you expect from a Freshii employee. Overall, this place is nothing but overpriced trash.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fresh, fast food and yvr!!! Asked for something specific, and wanted to pay for it. The person ( Cristof) wouldn’t give me what I asked for. I repeated my order 2-3 times. She argued with me and told me I got what I asked for and I ended up leaving with something I didn’t want and my colleague and I left both shaking our heads at the disbelief that someone like herself works in customer service! Please check in with your staff and get quality control on your food!
