It was our first time in a freshii store and we’ve been more than satisfied! Super friendly staff and wonderful explanation of the concept and meals. It tasted amazing! We’ll definitely come back!
Good service from the staffs. Not a big fan of vegetables still I managed to finish it.
My husband and I have been ordering from here at least weekly for the last few years. In the last couple of months, one employee has started closing down 15+ minutes from close. We saw her turn others away in the past, and tonight she rudely told us and two other customers that "you must order any hot food 30 minutes before close." This is completely ridiculous as you can order everything on the app until 15 mins before close. The women who used to work here in the evenings were wonderful, the recognized us and other regular customers and even remembered our orders. What happened to them?! I'm disappointed that this location has become so unreliable.

LOVE THIS FRESHII!!I am a frequent regular of this location and am never disappointed. Usually order the Buddha Satay, Banana nut crunch smoothie, or make my own bowl. Always delicious never disappointed. This location is always clean, friendly, and caring in regards to their food. The best part? The daytime worked Kaila. She always makes my orders perfect, and with a nice speed. I have had mistakes on my ordered before, but never with Kaila. I would give 6/5 stars if I could just for her service and hard work. I'm giving them the lowest score only because of one single factor. But an important one. Their Infamous smoothie: RecoveriiThis smoothie will remind you to your last barf after losing a drinking contest.I feel bad for this franchisee, because their location is nice, the place is clean, they also have their COVID protocol, and I think the rest of their menu might be very good.But I'm a bit mad for allowing themselves to have such a horrendous item (Recoverii smoothie) to be on their menu. Truly ? barf flavour.

My wife and I are seniors who live across the street from this location of Freshii. Aside from this franchise, there are absolutely no healthy alternative locations aside from the usual fast foods and Asian cuisine which I don't like.I am very grateful to have Freshii in our neighbourhood ; as a result I patronize this location almost daily. The quality and freshness of the ingredients is uniformly high for pretty much any item one orders. I have found the staff very personable, conscientious, and willing to go the distance to provide an excellent standard of service.
