Enjoyed the food, service, and environment that this location had. From the hostess to the cooks and servers - we thank you for the lovely experience.We had some happy hour chicken tacos and they did not disappoint! Although it’s now 2 tacos instead of 3 - it was still filling! Will return and recommend this location.
This review was done on happy hour. My go to place for good happy hour. I noticed they change up their menu from time to time with new items. I tried out the crispy prawn sushi tacos. Tasty snack! Very good drink selection on happy hour as well!
Earl's took excellent care of our large group of athletes, coaches and parents. The staff was polite and very accommodating in our reservations first with 2 tables of 12 then 3 tables of 10. The meals came out hot and fresh, quality was good as usual. The night manager came by each table to say hello and congratulated our athletes and offered us desserts on the house. Needless to say the girls were very very happy. Excellent customer service!
This was my very first Earl's dining experience. Coming from another restaurant business across from Asia, I can this is a well-run operation.If you like a Laid-back restaurant with some good drink promotions, this is the right spot.Brianna was our friendly waitress who gave us genuine smile and attention.Thank you!
Came on a Sunday with my family for brunch and thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long. I had the the chorizo eggs bene and it was delicious! We were served by Kevin who provided us with exceptional service. Shout out to him for making our Sunday brunch super enjoyable!
The worse dining experience ever. From start to finish not good. went there with family and friends for our wedding anniversary dinner. Were told to wait for 20-25 mins never got the msg , so called after 35mins and told our table was ready but they couldn’t send the msg to my phone, which I got right after I called them, once went inside told they only had table available for 4 not 8 people. Waited another 20 mins inside to be seated . Ordered Cesar salad they didn’t have croutons and then ordered dynamite rolls and vegan bowl didn’t have RICE . asked us to order something else and said it will be take care of by them which never happened. for Cesar salad brought only half size was ordered full and then brought another one. Got 2 plates of mashed potatoes ordered only one. Never got my food everyone was done eating asked twice fist said its coming in couple mins and after waiting another 10 mins asked again then said they missed making my food are making it now, when got my food it was burning hot and it burnt my mouth. No one came to ask if need anything , Terrible Terrible service could hear the dishes falling in the kitchen. Never going back there.
Went for wings Wednesday and also ordered from their happy hour menu. Great wings and also their happy hour tacos and pizza were delicious.
I enjoy coming here - staff are always great and friendly and service is great. I had a party of 12 people and they were able to set up a space for us within 10 minutes. Will continue to come back.
Love this place! The reservation was exactly what I was looking for. I was running a little late and they still had my table waiting. Yess!! The accommodations and staff are amazing! I'm a frequent customer and will always be one.Use open table for reservations because you won't be disappointed and who could go wrong with an oozing chocolate molten lava cake? This Earls has definitely been our "go to" place for many years! I missed the dining experience during Covid lockdowns but now I find I am back in full strength as this restaurant adheres well to Covid protocols and I feel safe.The menu and service (especially our favourite Amanda?) always make this Earls top of our list when we want to dine out! Thanks Amanda for enhancing our dining experience everytime!
