It is frozen food take out only! Great dumplings, but cash only
This location sells comprehensive frozen reheat and DIY kits for their items they usually sell at the restaurant. I tried the Beef Noodle kit and it was pretty good. It's like eating at the restaurant only you gotta do dishes and make the food yourself.
This location sells FROZEN FOOD ONLY.They mainly sell frozen buns and dumplings.
Food was mediocre, service was bad. The table we were at still had pieces of food on it from the previous diners. We ordered Xiao Long Baos, some seafood dishes, rice and a duck appetizer. The seafood dishes came first without the rice so we had to wait a few minutes before eating. One of the shrimp dishes was kind of cold. Then the Xiao Long Baos came like 20 minutes later which is weird cause it's usually served first. They were okay, but the meat was dry and hard which they usually aren't. After finishing everything we waited another 15 minutes for the duck then called over the waitress who told us that they ran out even though we were never informed. Go to Shanghai river instead if you want to eat similar food, much better service and the food is better there.
Phoned and got hung up on right away. They were just speaking Chinese only :)
Note that this location is NOT the restaurant. This is just the frozen foods supermarket serving the restaurant’s dishes in frozen form. Lots of options available throughout the store, including their famous xiaolongbao. No one else besides the cashier was in the store when I made my purchase but it looks like the store is keen to follow COVID-19 protocols. The staff was very friendly and promptly helped me to complete my purchase. Cash only.
Very disappointed in this place. Food isn't authentic, servers don't keep their masks on properly, and very rude. And half their menu is unavailable to order.
Good, but overpriced dumplings with terrible service. If you're not Chinese the waiters straight up avoid you.
Great place to get dumplings to cook for home! Would have another star if it wasnt cash only.
