Terrible service, ants all over our table & food..even inside the salt shaker. Food was disgusting, coffee was cold. Even my 9yr old wouldn’t eat his pancakes….
Came over the weekend and was served by a waitress named Alisha. She has to be the most polite waitress I've had at this and any other location. Very knowledgeable about the menu and was always at our table topping up our coffee, very diligent. The food was great too! It was brought out in a timely manner. Can't wait to visit again with my coworkers.
It’s been a while since we’ve been to Denny’s due to the pandemic. Glad we made that decision to have lunch at the St. Edwards location. We enjoyed our meals and James was a great server. His service was topnotch… possibly one of the best we’ve received in a restaurant. Our family will definitely be back!
The only reason I’m giving this a two star review is because the service was very good. Our server was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The hostess was also very friendly. The food on the other hand was subpar at the very best. The pancakes tasted and had a texture kind of between old tire rubber and cardboard. The French toast was overcooked and the crusts were not edible. The best part of the meal was the chunky potato hash browns. The bathrooms were disgusting. They have not been properly cleaned for a very long time. So so so so so gross.
James S. is the best!! He has good work ethic and great with customers! I’ve never seen a hard worker like him from this place! Hope this location can hire more workers to help out though. It is definitely hard to help people with their orders, cashier, entertain new customers, bring out the food and clean up after!!! He did all those without being haggard looking or short tempered. Other than extraordinary customer service, food is still good! Portions are great! Everything came out in timely manner. Ordered classic eggs ben, and multiple others (came with a party of 11!!).
The food is awesome here, what they serve is quality and the behaviour of staff's are really nice. They're very helpful and cooperative. I went for dinner, when denny's was about to close, but then still the staffs managed me a good dinner for 3 people. That's the best part.
It was my first time at this Denny’s. The place looked new or nicely updated inside. The staff were welcoming and kind. Our server Agnes was very efficient and accommodating.
Today I had breakfast at this location. I placed my order requesting soft boiled eggs. When she delivered my meal she realized her mistake for my order. She apologized and ordered the eggs the way I wanted them. She apologized multiple times during my. Is it and once again when she brought my bill.In today’s world it is unusual for someone admitting their mistake and taking action to have it corrected and apologize for that error. I appreciated that Anne admitted to her mistake and took responsibility for it and ensuring that I was happy with my meal. This is the reason that I am giving this review 5• Thank you for great service Anne and I hope you are recognized for this. You truly made my day.
i ordered sunny side up, well done egg but still gave me sunny side up not well done yolk. The way they clean/wipe the tables is messy they use watery rug and don't even move the container to wipe the area.
Came here for the birthday meal and super slam promotion. Free refills on the coffee was very good value as well, but it was pretty watered down. Food tasted decent but the place seemed dirty. Floor wasn’t sweeped even once and cleanliness didn’t seem to be their strong point. The servers also didn’t seem to care much about their jobs. The two stars are purely only for the food and value of it.
