Have been to this location a few times because it's close. Everytime there is one lady up front, nice lady but can tell she's over worked and not sure how many in the back. I usually just get something from the freezer because everytime there's a line of ppl waiting for their food and a line to order and the waiting line does not move quick. I don't mind waiting but it's always a long wait. I once got a drink with the freezer item and that took so long I thought the ice cream was going to melt so stopped ordering drinks as well. Having more staff may help?
Pretty poor service. It was 9:45 when I ordered my food, long line. Took a good 10 minutes to arrive. Then at 9:59 they start walking around telling everyone "we're closing" while I and a bunch of other customers are all half done their meals. It's understandable to be closing and not let in anyone new, but to push people to shove their food down and exit at 10:01 is pretty unacceptable. One of the employees was literally standing there, holding the door open staring at me giving heavy body language that I needed to leave NOW.I felt bad for the elderly couple who seemed to shove what little they could into their mouth and then throw the rest away because I'm sure they felt the pressure to leave.
What better way to spend an evening with an ice-cream treat on a hot summer day.....it was busy when we got there but food didn't take that long to come out. We sat on one of the booths by the front window and I guess the seat covers were worn out as there were tapes on the cushion. Perhaps it's time to have them re-upholstered. It's a little uncomfortable to sit on the tapes as they tend to dig into our legs
Today we decided to venture out and get some comfort food , mission UNSUCCESSFUL!! . This is the second time my order has been done wrong . The quality of service has slacked and for the $$$ that ive spent in there for last 2 visits its unacceptable, $14 on shakes and they dont even have a chocolate taste to them . Yes maybe i should be more diligent and check the order but i am paying for a service and yes its not a perfect world BUT! thats 2 visits in a row. I guess its time to move on and find another place to spend my money .
The only reason we go to this location is because Richmond centre doesn’t have chicken and I’d rather not spend the money for gas or delivery. The food is standard for Dairy Queen, the issue is that I never once have had my order fulfilled correctly. It’s never anything big - it’s just irritating when my brother always asks for no cheese, ALWAYS gets cheese. Or they will short us on dips, give us cold dips that are supposed to be warm, or completely leave out items. The staff are always nice, they just never seem to get my order quite right.
Beware when ordering blizzards! Ordered a medium but got a small, worse part is that the quality was terrible! The blizzard was mostly melted and they don't bother to serve it to you upside down because then it would just be proof of how awful it really is. Such a shame for a good dessert. Avoid this location and just buy a pint of Ben & Jerry's instead - it will cost less and it will def taste better!
My family and I been going to this dairy queen ever since it was the cooney and park location. The past 3-4 times I have been the service has been so extremely bad we are going to go out of our way to go to another location even though we live half a block from this one. Service is usually rude or lacking unless you get the woman who has been managing for years and is a gem. Blizzards never have any chunks except the very top and they even messed up a dipped cone for me once. Not worth the money or the time anymore.
Very disappointedWe ordered 2 blizzard icecream. Both of them were already melted when we received. Texture was in between milk and smoothie. I kept them in the freezer for 15 mins to make them icecream but those are still not icecream.Not worth of 13 dollars at all !!
The customer service was cold and harsh..but then they microwave your burger patty right infront of you. Then your burger is so unnecessarily hot you need to let it cool for a few before you can even pick it up, at which point the patty is chewy and dry and the lettuce and tomato is mush.For a $11 fast food burger to be so terrible is shocking
Price is good, $5 and $8 meals! Milkshakes and sundaes are delicious ?
