The breakfast portion was amazing for the price and compared to other places. The lunch portion is a bit disappointed for the price they charge. The taste overall were good and the restaurant was clean with modern design. At time it’s hard to get someone to help as it felt they usually understaff. There are a lot of underground free parking in the grey zone if you go early enough.
Got the chicken steak and instant noodles. Friend got the pork chop and sausage. The chicken steak is definitely the best meat out of what we tried! Instant noodles is what you expect.
Meh. A Chinese greasy spoon. Food is average. Service is average. Prices also average. Nothing exciting here. Value is okay if you eat the mini set meals before 6pm. I would say that if you want bigger portions and cheaper go to silvertower. If you want better quality go to happy day.
My favorite place in Richmond for HK cafe food.There are so many options! Great for when your whole family and or friend group is craving something different.Although it's my fav, it's not the best (reason for 4 stars). Like the recooked frozen veggies for the hotplate/customizable plates are terrible. Comparing it to many other HK cafe places, the quality and quantity for what you pay is good (others are pricey).I normally get the customizable plates (ribeye steak, fried filet, Fries or spaghetti, ice lemon tea). My family would get the stir fried noodles or Chinese set dinners to share.Service, not bad. They do get super busy often so I highly recommend making a reservation. Food gets served relatively quick once the order is in.Parking lot is a bit annoying, but it's free!
Excellent Chinese style Western comfort food, the sizzling hot plate combos are always my go to favorites! Friendly staff and efficient service, food came out fresh and hot within 15 minutes. Very comfortable seating in a spacious restaurant.
WORST Service. We went there at 10.30am they said need to wait 20-30mins and I assume to have table around 11am. When I checked again 10mins before 11am, the guy ( I think is the manager) told me not to ask and just wait and they need to provide table for reservation at 11am first. During the waiting period, I saw couple people came greet him and just seated right away and I think those are frequent customers as the guy can greeted them by names. The worst part was the so called booking list that he showed me have almost 10 tables. When I tried to ask approx when would be our turn as it may another half an hour if really after those more than 10 tables. He told again don’t ask and just wait and would give me table, but in a very unpleasant way. So obvious they only welcome frequent return customers. Very unorganized way on serving table and very bad service. At last we left around 11am without continue to waste our time to wait. Never go back anymore.
Well, this happened just yesterday.Foods were fine, but the service was worst. I let the waiter know that I was ready to order and she said will come shortly. She even double checked with me that if I’m ready to order few minutes after. Guess what, 20 mins went by, not a single person came by to order for my table. Numerous attempts to drew waitresses’ attention but none work. That waitress had all the time in the world but she rather order food and set up tables for people beside me and just not mine. What a joke. It was only when I had enough and shout at them rudely that finally had somebody to have my order placed. I have never seen such terrible service and they should be grateful that I at least left them tips.

Horrible experience. Service sucks so bad that it’s like the manager hates people coming into the restaurant.When I asked for the bill, the manager just throws it onto the table and walks away.The food is decent but with that type of insult and service, I would pick somewhere else
