I don't usually do reviews but after reading some previous reviews I was skeptical about going to this coco, going there was definitely worth it! Staff was friendly and when I had question about what the bubble gaga they kindly explained it to me and even showed me what some of the toppings look like! I ended up getting the passion fruit green tea and would def recommend!

Clean establishment. Friendly workers. The bubble tea was amazing. We ordered the brown suger pearl milk tea and loved it.
Horrible service. Would not recommend even stepping in there. Wanted an order without ice and the manager couldn’t even do his best to explain why and just didn’t seem to care. Bad and negative attitude. They couldn’t give the number of the owner Jennifer. Sad to see how bad they don’t even want to be there to start with. Very disappointed with the service and attitude.
Not sure what's going on with the service on that day but attitude was terrible and we couldn't choose sugar level or ice level. Looks like no one wants to work there. Very unwelcoming feeling. Needs to be fixed asap
i decided to check out this place around 2+ years ago. the drinks are amazing but pricey, my favourite drink is the mango green tea since it has 2 great things in it. they don’t accept cash since of covid but that’s completely understandable. overall rating is a 9/10
Went here on Jan 16th Girl at front counter was insanely rude and would hardly even communicate. Was also the longest I’ve ever seen a place take to make a drink. I waited 24 minutes and people who ordered after me got theirs before me. There was only two people waiting for drinks before me as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a bubble tea place and I’ve been to hundreds
If you’re looking for fruit flavors this is the best I’ve had. Strawberry Latte and There is a Grapefruit flavor which I highly recommend.
Ordered a Medium QQ Milk Tea, but was told I have to buy a Large size only, because they had just the right amount of QQ left for a large. Sorry, is this the customer's problem? I said ok but can you adjust the price to Medium since that's not my fault and they laughed and said No. In what circumstance is it acceptable for businesses to force customers to Pay for a upgrade? Why was the QQ already prepared in a large cup beforehand? Couldn't they have put it in an M cup for me? Whatever the weird reason, What I do know is as a result, I left paying for a completely different drink I didn't want, poor customer service, and witnessed bad management practices. The lack of basic common sense and critical thinking by the Coco employees on how they handled the situation was unbelievable.
I really liked the brown sugar and avocado bubble tea the pearls are so tasty indeed
