I’m giving support to my friend, I was there: Be careful when inserting the straw! The paper straw is not easy to insert. after my second try, the cup breaks from the side. The drink spills all over my car seat and my clothes. I called the store but they just told me not to try too hard. They wouldn’t admit it’s their quality issue but the cashier offered a new drink for me and emphasized that they would give me some napkins as compensation :D but when I go to the store to get my new drink, I don’t even get a simple apology. This is a really satisfying experience :D

Delicious! Very refreshing and tasty boba tea with lots of amazing toppings and unique drinks to choose from! I had the milk tea with salty foam and sago, it was FANTASTIC. 15/10 would go again
I am a calm middle aged male, I rarely get angry, but the staff here today have completely pushed myself over my limit. Completely unprofessional, tone poor, judgemental stares all around. Can I ask a simple question, no. Can I get my damn brown sugar pearl latte without feeling emotionally abused, no. Will not come back until they train their staff properly about etiquette.
This is my first time trying Coco.The price is average and is well worth it. The cashier's name was Emilia was super friendly and super helpful, patient with me. She even took the time to help me even with a line up. Will definitely come back!

This is the place that I go for a quick boba fix. Quick and friendly service. Lots of parking. I’m not picky on boba so I don’t really know is this better than other boba shops.

Its EXPENSIVE! 6.90 for a drink is a bit ridiculous. ITS BUBBLE TEA! I've had alcoholic beverages that are half the cost of this. Other places have bogo or specials but this place never has anything.Is it good? yeah its okay, its not great but its not bad. I just get it when im too lazy to drive to no3 road.
