Food quality here is terrible. The meat tastes too gamey and has a bad smell to it. Don't be fooled by all you can eat. Pay a little more at any other hotpot place and get better quality food. Also, server asked us to tip more after because she believes 10% is not enough even though food is inedible.

Great place to share a hotpot! It was our first time going to a hotpot place and the server was incredible. So helpful and patient. Gave us lots of tips on how to do it. Food was delicious and fresh! Incredible deal for all you can eat

Awesome Hot Pot place! This is my first time seeing a triple decker system for hot pot which I thought was kinda neat. The food tasted great and service was good! It was very filling, and reasonably priced. The only con is that the chicken wings took forever to cook with this triple decker system. We also received some tasty tofu desert at the end!

When most of the HK style hot-pot restaurants are gone in the last decade, my friends recommended this one to us. My kid found this is an interesting experience. Food not bad with good service. Why not give it a try?

Hotpot all you can eat as advertised. Soup base ok, would’ve preferred a little more flavour personally but by no means terrible. Meats were good. Had no Chinese leaves. Bit odd as I went at opening time. Not so keen on the sauces.

Mom wanted ayce for her birthday dinner so we decided to give this a try. It was a Monday evening and we were there around 6. We were asked to do a temperature check at the entrance and sanatize our hands. It was rather a quiet night because we did not need to make reso. We were able to choose our own table and we choose the booth by the window. It was a sunny day so i was quite worried that it would be too hot. To my surprise, the air condition was pretty good. Not a sec that we felt hot with the hotpot and bbq. Service was good and food came fast. Around $45/person all inclusive. I think the price is fair given the quality of food and the service. I would definitely come back, but only during weekdays.

Janice is very friendly and nice! Offered my friends to try both the Chinese dessert! We all loved it!

Horrible horrible horrible service. We got ignored like we were invisible for the entire time. Ordered three rounds of ayce food, and we only got like barely half of everything for two. freaking. hours. Asked them about delay multiple times nicely, but we never got our food. I tried to pay with American express card, and it went through. The owner was rudely trying to refund the amount because they weren't supposed to take Amex. The machine did not say anything. Didn't wanna tip them cuz the service was horrible. After she saw $0 tip I got asked if there was something wrong with the service. As if they were entitled for the tip. Are you serious? I feel mugged!!!!!The service or the food was nowhere close to the money I had to pay. Thanks so much for ruining my night.

From phoning in the reservation to leaving the restaurant, we got great service all around! The variety on the ayce menu please everyone and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the dumplings and wonton, but what was a pleasant surprise was the hot tofu dessert (made in-house) - simply delicious!!! Glad we came.

First time I've seen a "contraption" that combines a pot, grill, and steamer. I guess I have barely seen anything yet. Awesome place with lots of options. I loved the atmosphere, the service, and the freshness of most items. I suggest don't get a soup base that is too salty, because the salt content will be on all of your food, which can get quite unbearable.
