Went tonight at this store at 10:45pm to buy 4 pcs of chicken. It was for to-go. Even though they had plenty of chickens ready in front of me but didn’t take my order. I mean you can take order for drive-thru but your register is closed for someone who is at the store before 11pm when the dine-in closes. It could have been handled with better discretion. I have been a regular customer of this store but I guess that was my last visit.
Ordered their 3pcs combo...2 out of the 3 chicken pieces have gone bad...the 3rd one was dry. As soon as I peeled open the drumstick, one can feel the stickiness of the meat which only indicates that the meat is way past its freshness. Upon a closer sniff, there is definitely a sour smell from spoiled meat.Didn't want to bother driving back for $9.60 worth of chicken. Plus the fries were cold (eaten within 5 mins of exiting the drive thru)
I called in for 50 pcs of chicken wings for pickup. When I serve these wings to my kid's bday party allof them said "it's spicy!" And im like "no! I didn't order spicy." When i ordered on the phone i never said spicy. I complained the next day to the supervisor I ordered the day before and she apologized and told me she will leave note to her manager. Took my name and phone and never got a call back.
Purely awful. Old dried up chicken. They always ask you to wait as if they are making fresh chicken but it's just a con job. They sell the old garbage left over. Never will eat from here again.
Always been a fan of Church’s chicken, usually come by this location, or the one on Main St, Fraser St, and North Road. Really like their well seasoned batter.
Order 10 pcs combo. Large fires and Other side was missing. Can’t go back because have back to work. Be careful, check before u go
Very awful experience. I said I want to Diet Pepsi and gave me a regular Pepsi. That’s ok. Everyone has mistakes. However, the leg smells stink and never seen a black point in the meat before. I think these chicken are all bad.
The spicy wing, leg and thigh were all a bit overcooked, wing was especially dry, not nearly as good as some other locations.
I think your staffs need more training. I understand it is hard to find crew . The staff don’t even care packing my food . Everything fell apart . No drink no fries for a combo.Food is fine .
The staff was not honest with customer's waiting time. Other staff only wanted to present excuses for the staff.
