The good: they gave me two thighs and two drumsticks on a 4 piece meal. Good deal. The bad: they forgot to salt my chicken so it tasted like I was eating a bicycle seat.Overall a bad experience.
My experience at this location was worst I went for lunch on Friday of 13-05-2022 and ordered a sandwich combo their was only 1 person working at the restaurant and struggling to cover each station, this is not fair as their should be more staff to cover for different stations in the kitchen working like that employees can’t keep up with the quality of food. The fries were tasting like the oil was never changed for weeks chicken was also stinky. I think this location really need to keep up on everything.
It’s 9:30pm with my hungry kids. It took me about 10 mins to order 4 pieces of chicken and 1 wing because the staffs are bad at communication. Normally 4 pieces of chicken are 2 legs and 2 tights. But they made me to choose either take 3 legs and 1 tight or wait for 20 mins. Who would want to wait for 20 mins at late night with hungry kids. Besides, Legs are really tiny and cheaper than tights.
So, on Monday ,I was with my family we decided to go to church's chicken .It was our first time to be there , and I ordered the three-piece special meal. The girl ( Navjot ) who took my orderwas really polite and respectful.I gotta say I really enjoyed my meal . It was crispy and well-balanced , it was delicious with sweet and sour .I don't usually write reviews but this time it was different . I felt that difference of hospitality and quality of food between Church's chicken and other restaurants. Definitely really positive experience for me , will come again ??.

The worst experience we’ve had at a Church’s.Firstly, the chicken meat was surprisingly tasteless and dry - for a franchise, you’d expect some consistency. The fries were limp and not crisp. The gravy was watery and clumpy.Secondly, they got our order wrong. And the following few patron orders wrong as we watched them each walk back to complain. No gravy, missing chicken wings, missing side orders…Thirdly, they don’t provide napkins. Like… at all. What? And their bathrooms are “closed” so you can’t wash your hands. They pointed us to the hand sanitizer to clean our hands… seriously.Laugh worthy at how painful it was here.Three individuals were working at the time we were there including the manager. The tracks surrounding us were all dirty and at no point did any staff come out to wipe the tables down.
Update: I did not make a complaint for you to harass me.Ordered two tex supreme sandwiches. Had to repeat myself twice each to two different workers and waited a long time to get wraps. Asked them that I ordered sandwich, and gave me attitude while saying they confirmed with me again and again... Never had this problem any other locations. Guys after me ordered with no problem with tex supreme sandwich no problems?? One guy walked in the back without mask and girl was touching her mask with her hands... Not coming back ever again
Probably the worst Church’s Chicken in Metro-Vancouver.Ordered a 4 pc chicken with fries gravy. I asked the server for tap water and was told that it would be 25 cents for the cup. This was fine, but she was quickly corrected by her manager and was then told that I would actually need to pay the full price of a soft drink ($2) for the cup of water, which I refused out of principle. The chicken and fries were relatively flavourless compared with other Church’s in the Greater Vancouver area. The gravy was watery and very different from the usual thick gravy you expect from the chain. To top off the whole experience I was told the washrooms were out of order, leaving me with very few options to clean my grease-covered fingers.Needless to say never coming back here.It actually blows my mind how you can have such an inconsistent experience between different restaurants within a franchise like this.
I got scammed. I went in got a 5 pc wing deal. They took my order and payment then told me to wait 15 minutes. I was offered extra fries which I did take along with the 4PC that was promised so that I can leave and not wait 15 mins. I came home then saw it came with a random biscuit that was not mentioned in the conversation and there was no such thing as extra fries as seen in the picture. I eat out and grab takeout a lot and never have I felt so disrespected and scammed like this. I feel like they should have owned up to their end of the deal which was to provide an actual “extra fries” or whatever compensation. I have got more fries in the past that was NOT “extra”. I have definitely got scammed with the random biscuit too which I’m definitely not eating.Pretty upset with how they handled the situation.
Horrible customer service. The last four times I have gone to this particular location, they have always forgotten to put the biscuit in my meal. The only time they remembered is the time I asked them about it. When they forgot the final time, I called them about it and they did not seem to care one bit. Their only reply was that they will give me one extra biscuit when I come in again. I asked them about the other times they ruined my meal and they refused to do anything about it. Pathetic customer service, won't ever go back.
