Went to the one on Dresden Row in Halifax. The food is good, customer service was actually pretty bad. My friend and I were the only ones in the shop, they refused to confirm that 67 was the all mozzarella one and demanded to see my receipt, there were only two of us in the store and he had just taken our order. I kinda want to go back because the food was good, but I walked by and hit somewhere else the other day cause I wasn’t in the mood for bad service. I might give them another try but if they’re so ridiculous again it might be a loss for me. I’d rather miss out than deal with such cold rigid experiences.
Absolutely delicious, best hotdog I've ever had in my life!! Will be back for sure!!
Pricey, but definitely worth trying! I’ve always wanted to try this popular street food and I’m happy to know that this store exists here in Richmond. The original breading is really good and crispy. There are many options to try but so far my favourite is the half mozzarella half sausage. A must try!
I wanted to say thank you for getting back to me us so quickly in regards to allergies. We appreciated your quick response and help. My son very much enjoyed your food today. We will be back again for certain!!
We have been doing HotDogs wrong this whole time. Unreal, went twice in one day when i discovered it.
I got the gamsung rice hotdog which is a beef/chicken hotdog covered in their batter with diced up potatoes. It was super fresh and crunch. The spicy mayo sauce on top with the butter garlic powder were a good addition to the hot dog. The gamsung took a bit long to cook; had to wait around 10-15 minutes for it to be ready.
Been hearing about this Korean Rice Dogs forever so I decided to try it today. We ordered the original (plain with hotdog) and mozzarella + hotdog. Their two most popular flavour. Service was quick and easy and it looks pretty clean in there. Now comes the flavour part. A tad.. lacklustre. There wasn’t much flavour aside from the sauce that was drizzled on top. It was super oily, like the oil they fried in wasn’t hot enough. Overall very very greasy and not a lot of flavour or seasoning. The price was decent and affordable. If you like greasy food, definitely give it a shot. As for me, It is edible but I think once was enough.
We had fun trying this place out! We got three normal wiener fillings (I wish we’d switched that part up but we are newbies). Our favourite combination was the “chicken nugget” shell with garlic butter powder. Second favourite was the potato shell (thought it’d be crispier fromhow it looks in pictures tbh) with sugar and ketchup. Third was the ramen shell — it was crispy and has lots of potential, but we got it with just sweet chilli sauce and they didn’t really go together. Next time I go I want to try the mozzarella filling and get a nice cheese pull :) It is just a corn dog so nothing truly fantastic, but a fun place to try with lots of customization options and lots of food per dog.
It's my first time trying Korean style hot dog. Honestly, it's amazing!!! The price is good, the food is tasty. There are more than 10 garnushing sauces you can choose. No reason I don't give'em a 5 star.
Unique flavours and a fun twist to the traditional corn dog. This Korean inspired street food item is reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food. I heard one of the patrons remark that they “feel happy when biting into this rice dog” and I couldn’t agree more! When you go, review the menu carefully to pick out your dog, plus any added sauces and seasonings.
