Genuine Shanghainese food, very tasty !The preparation are as good as the food.Dumpling was really juicy, you can actually suck the soap from the dumpling, the wrapper was thin and soft ! (forgot to take picture)The spiciness of the Sichuan Boiled fish was just right ! Easy for everyone. The fish was very well cooked.Price is very reasonable. Definitely a “Come again” restaurant.

In Asian Mid Autumn Festival is less three days holiday ,almost like X'mas , with friends and family get together eat ,drink ,eat ,all day ! my partner and I got invited to dinner from our business client , Nu Shanghainese Bistro located inside the Cosmo Plaza ,very old building ,lot of parking , the plaza entrance not the most well come sign ,wow ,soon as you step inside the restaurant ,the atmosphere and decor like you are in Shanghai ,very fancy classy high end restaurant ,their safety plan and social distance well performed ,,we fell very comfortable and relax ,restaurant is a large place ,we have 12 people ,but the manager did a excellent job put us two tablets of six in front a large windows , no tablets around us , it is my first time here ,very impressed ,staff very friendly , their cuisine is traditional high end Shanghainese food ,it is a set menu ,looks most expensive food I ate , lot of items I never have the opportunity to try it ! the owner she so nice ,she got every body to try their signature Pork Dumpling ,and Pan Fried Pork Buns on the house , they so juicy and flavourful , a classy dishes !the smoked Duck is out of this world ,so tender and not greasy at all ,and the deep fried grouper very crispy and well balance of the sweet and sauce , ,I find the food very quite unique ,quality instead of quantity ,it is fine for me ,eating food is a art , I truly enjoyed every dishes and every bite ! so if you looking for 100 % authentic Shanghainese food ,,try this place out ,staff told me Lunch is lot cheaper and they do have so many special menu for lunch and dinner . do not forget to try the Pork Dumpling and the pan Fried Pork Buns !!!!!
Didn't realize this restaurant. Very nice place, service is good. Every plate taste fresh and homemade. Love the small dumpling, it was very juicy and big portion! Carrot cake taste delicious and freshly made (extremely hot). Downside is the place isn't that clean...it smells weird.
Came here to try a lunch deal purchased from Groupon, and it was a pretty good experience. Food was great, service was fast, place was nice and clean. The lunch deal had a lot of options too.
Plenty amount of food for each dishes. Especially doujiang and youtiao. First dish already stuffed 80 per cent of our stomach. We ordered four dishes for only forty bucks and we weren’t even able to taste the noodle so we took it out. Xiaolongbao and Shengjianbao are Shanghai enough. Very pleasant lunch experience. Parking lot was full of water because of the open roof parking I assume? Cheers.
Found this hidden gem of Shanghainese food recently! Can't believe I missed out for so long. Love the soup dumplings, Chinese donuts and soy milk. To be honest, everything is so delicious here. Usually Shanghainese food are more to the flavourful side...But their flavours are fantastic. Not overly salty, just right. They also have a good team of servers, friendly and patient.
Came here with my co-workers for their lunch specials, one of my coworker has a groupon and we used it for our lunch. I lover their Hot & Sour Soup!! Other items that are great: Spicy Wonton in Garlic Sauce, Steamed Pork Dumplings and of course their Xio Long Bao!! There are parking in the building and if you come at lunch time you may end up parking on the street!
First time to try this restaurant with my family...overall is very good - food, services, prices and cleanness.
