I like their cheese foams and purple rice yogurt, but the wait for this place is much longer than normal to make a drink. Also not sure if they just had an off day but my drink tasted like nothing but sugar.
I ordered the less sugar, but they gave me 80%sugar.
Ordered the peach oolong with sweet cheese foam. Great peach flavour and fluffy, sweet cream! The atmosphere is very cozy, very clean and neat. Definitely a great study spot as there is big tables, Wi-fi and outlets.
Service was friendly! I felt very welcome even though I didn't speak Mandarin and the two drinks I got from my wife and I were fantastic. They were busy but doing a great job keeping the line moving and even more apologetic because her order took a few minutes to put together- of course this wasn't necessary.
We gave this place a second chance to redeem themselves to see if they'd improve and had hopes that they'd actually meet the minimum value required for each TGTG's surprise bag. But no, they were giving under prepared drinks that were absolutely under the required value for their TGTG bag. Your bag is supposed to meet the minimum value of $18 and you provided 1-2 cups of teas that were nowhere near the value of $18 (first time had 2 and this time you were going to provide only 1, there is NO WAY that your ONE drink is worth $18). If TGTG did not instruct you on how to properly prepare the surprise bags, please check with them now. Otherwise, you're simply scamming the customers. Unless Chase Tea can actually provide their drinks and surprise bags properly, I do NOT recommend buying any of their bags on TGTG, they're terribly under value.
This is the only cafe I dare to visit during the pandemic. Kind of excited to know that they’ve finally reopened to the public.Ordered my all time favorite brown sugar milk tea and sat here for an afternoon with assignments.. feeling so relaxed and efficient!
I ordered passionfruit soda green tea. The passionfruit is not fresh and the tea has weird flavor. Threw It away after two bites. The reply from the owner is ridiculous! As travellers from California, we tasted the two tea shops in the afternoon and evening. The drink from Chase Tea is so bad as i have commented above. I hope the owner should take more attention about the drink quality rather than suspecting their customer.
Sort of okay, when you get the right people working there, the two pretty girls there are really nice and serve good drinks,But the short haired female, tomboy looking person is easily annoyed and got mad at us for changing the drink, the next time we went, there was a group of male employees sitting at the back aggressively staring at us like animals,Because that tomboy girl likely gossiped about that time we wanted our drinks changed, if they charge $9 for a drink, more expensive than Starbucks, their quality should be consistent, not too sweet or not sweet enough every time,The fact that those guys stared at us like animals like they are about to attack us, makes us want to never go there again,Terrible service by the short haired tomboy looking people there, and the male servers are all extremely bad at customer service,Only the two good looking girls there have good service and make good drinks.
everytime I go to Chase Tea the drinks are made perfectly...and taste better than some other places for the same.....
Really average bubble tea. My friend got the taro milk with taro balls, and they were out of taro balls so she substituted with pearls. She didn’t like it, and $7 is a lot to pay for a drink you didn’t really like. The caramel milk tea also tasted.. just sweet. Not a strong tea flavour, or strong caramel flavour. The purple rice yogurt drink I think gave me a stomachache. The kumquat drink was decent. Wouldn’t come again though - too much other good stuff in the area.
