Waited in line for 20 minutes and then 2 people before me in line were told no more breakfast because the clocked turned over. What a joke. Just watching the 3 ladies try to run this kiosk was a comedy.
I have a lot of good memories with this place. It is unfortunate that this location isn't properly staffed, as the long wait times almost always ensures that the workers are dealing with grumpy travelers.The food is good, the service is good (if you are actually nice to the workers - I don't blame them for being tired when I constantly see customers taking everything out on them)I hope that the place manages to find some extra workers for this location to speed it up.They also have some good fries.3/5
Honestly the burger is pretty decent, price is okay considering you’re at an airport. Such a long wait in line though - probably lined up for 30 minutes despite only having about 5 people in front of me. They forgot my fries in the order but gave me when I asked.
Food was great, good burgers and poutine. The issue was we ordered a combo and some how got charged extra for coffees that we didn’t order or receive and although the poutine sign on the board said it was $0 with the combo, we also got charged for that. So 3 meals came out to $61…. We questioned the staff but they said it was correct… something for sure isn’t right…
If you’re looking for a quick bite and some real fast food Carl juniors is definitely not the place for you. The service is horrendous there’s no reason at 2 PM on a Thursday afternoon that I should be 20 people waiting to get a simple burger. There’s an extreme lack of enthusiasm to do one’s job.
I have never left a bad review in my life, but this Carl’s Jr is abhorrent. there was only two people working so the line was down the entire food court- annoying, but i can get past that. not the worst thing i’ve experienced, but it was sure about to be. i ordered fries and a drink since my flight was departing fairly soon, the lady repeated my order back to me correctly so i assumed we were on the same page here. i discovered they were out of ginger ale and sprite (2/6 available drinks) while waiting a good 10 minutes for my drink cup. i waited and waited and waited (20+ minutes at this point) for my fries while other people’s large orders were being served. eventually the lady asked me what she could help me with, and i’m not sure where we went wrong here but i allegedly didn’t order any fries at all- according to her at least. i’d now spent over 20 minutes standing and waiting for something i didn’t receive, even though i ordered it and the correct order was repeated back to me. interesting.
Ordered an Original Thickburger and poutine, both were quite tasty. Long time Hardee's fan, first time Carl's Jr customer. Was reluctant based on the reviews, which is why I am posting a positive one. Yes it's not cheap and they don't have a lot of staff, but the burger was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back again
Service was extremely slow. The workers made it seem as though they didn't want to be there. In the 3 orders I saw them fill ahead of me there was at least one mistake in every order. Also, the food is definitely overpriced for what you get.
Not sure why this place has such poor ratings. Yes, the service was a little slow and chaotic, but it was partly due to a group in front of me being indecisive with an enormous order. I got the western bacon burger, and it was pretty good. Overall, this is a MUCH better option than Green Bean Cafe next door.
