Interior was clean and spacious, with a modern design. Spacious. The washrooms were also very clean. Our server was friendly and pleasant. The Feenie Burger was delicious and the patty was juicy and well seasoned. The Lemongrass Noodle Salad had very good elements that worked well together and the chicken was not dry. The new coconut cake was decadent and very tasty. We paired it with vanilla ice cream. Parking will be busy at the mall on weekends.

I ate at the bar here and it was such a fun experience! The food and service was amazing, I would recommend the sweet potato fries and the fried tofu bowl! Would love to come back here again.

Good selection of food and drinks. Happy hour from 2 to 5 every day for cheaper food and drinks. Friendly & attentive service.

We came here with some friends from out of town and for a Monday night, this place was busy.We ordered the Feenie Burger, steak and Frites, prawn with Ravioli and Crunchy Chicken Burger. The food was delicious though our Ravioli was cool, we were too hungry to send it back. Our steak was also made medium instead of medium rare. When our wait staff, asked if we were happy with our meal, I mentioned the temperature of my meal and just want to let them know and the wait person also mentioned to the manager. The manager came by and was very courteous about the heat of our meal and offer to buy us a dessert. This is great customer service and make me want to return again.. other place will not try to rectify our issues.. but Cactus Club go above and beyond.

Extremely Over Priced. You pay for interior design and atmosphere.Very small portion. I am not full after the Feenie Burger and I am not a big eater.Taste is alright. Nothing extraordinary.Service is nice and friendly.Valet Parking at the mall??? Guess you need it. Don't fight over parking.Repeat?

It had been nearly 4 years since I’d patronized a Cactus Club, so it was nice to visit the unit in Richmond Centre (opened November 2017). My partner and I attended for lunch, following an excursion at nearby Minoru Park. I was excited to come here for a couple of reasons: 1) The Cactus Club is consistent regardless of location; that is to say, the food is always nicely presented, tastes really good, and is offered at a fair price; 2) This would be my first time at a Cactus Club since the Fuller family, who owns Earls, acquired full ownership of the chain in February 2022. Let me address point #2 first: When I learned of the takeover, I was initially concerned. Typically, when that happens, major changes are made . . . to the operating philosophy . . . to staff . . . and the food. Thankfully, the Fullers appear fully aware of this potential slippery slope because, as of this writing, things appear to be very much the same. The Cactus Club still feels like the Cactus Club, if that makes any sense! In short, the Fullers know it is best not to mess with an established brand because, well, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!” In regards to food, we ordered the Prawn Crunch Roll for an appetizer and the Butternut Squash Ravioli w/ prawns & the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl for our mains. Without getting overly wordy, I’ll just say the food was vintage Cactus Club – everything from appetizer to mains were on point and satisfied to the ninth degree! I think special mention should be made of the sushi roll: Made with crispy prawns, mango, avocado, asparagus, cucumber, sesame soy paper, sriracha mayo and a soy glaze, the Prawn Crunch Roll was just as tasty as it looked. We loved the crunch of the prawn, the subtle sweetness of the mango, the freshness of the cucumber and the light “kick” afforded by the sriracha mayo. We both felt, for a place that doesn’t specialize in sushi, this particular roll was damn tasty and we’d definitely order it again. Bravo to the team at Cactus Club for putting together such a fantastic lunch! FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 4/5 RECOMMENDATION: The Cactus Club in Richmond Centre met our expectations and left us satisfied! I’m happy to see there’ve been no major overhauls since the takeover, and hopefully it stays that way. If you’re visiting the mall and in need of a bite to eat, then Cactus Club has you covered. Highly recommended! PS: If you found this review helpful in any way please consider hitting the "helpful" button!

Great food and drinks. Love the food comes out hot every time.

The staff very friendly . Excellent food ! Our 2nd visit to a cactus club this week. .

We were a party of 17. They were able to accommodate us right away even though we had no reservation and they were busy (Sunday dinner time). Rachel did a great job, not only because she got everything right and timely... we were 3 adults and the rest were kids and she handled the chaos quite well. 5 stars for Rachel. The food was great and I liked my burger order. It's not my best fries though.

I don't want to give them One Star! This was My Daughter's Birthday dinner, it was one of those significant ones.My ex-Wife chose the location?I brought a custom made special cake (See Pic)After arrival & seating our server introduced herself & gave menus & took drink orders; Not to be seen again until close to the end of this tragic meal.Different server came twice looking to take our orders... kind of pushy but...Birthday Girl chose the Millionaires Fillet Steak for her dinner & the rest of us (4 total) ordered. When our dinners arrived;Birthday Girl found a hair in her food. They seemed to respond correctly, removed the food and assured us a replacement meal would come out as fast as possible! Then the floor Manager came by reaffirming the same, ASAP! Offering...After 10 to 15 minutes and watching a continuous stream of same steak meals going by we began asking where her meal was???That is when our original server decided to show up, she said she was going to find out what was going on!At least another almost 10 min. goes by, Now.Birthday Girl is now so disappointed she doesn't even want it anymore!Manager comes by again assures us no charge and would deliver her dinner to go.I the asked him to bring out the cake as arranged. They didNo one's singing but us.Just the cake plates & a butter knife later swapped for a steak knife.Look at the cake ?Made the Birthday Girls Day.?Then the bill came, full bill - less Birthday Girls meal.Wohoo you Ruined her Birthday dinner. & C/C you know how which big Birthday ? it was!So Bad Service!Bad Food too!I also had a NY Strip Millionaires Steak MealThe steak was very tough & chewy & not very tasty.Obviously they have been trained/told What to doJust never Trained/Told how to do it correctly.Stuff happens! It's how you Handle it that Matters! They do not know how to handle it here!
