Don’t even go to this place the worst service and now the tasting is not even good anymore. Moreover, Last time when my brother ask to get the free waffle the fat guy said is not their is Richmond Center and refuse to redeem. But we only had ate at Aberdeen before, never in Richmond Center. They changed boss and don’t want to redeem waffle then don’t give out the card.
not angry or anything but kinda disappointed because i’ve been going here for years since they opened until now and today it was just not that great. they ran out of enoki mushroom so i decided to get another toppingnoodles were kinda stale and the taste and quality seem to have gone downi normally don’t like to waste food.. but yeah..felt like i couldn’t have any more of it because i didn’t want to put garbage in me. yes garbage.2 topping with noodle, satay.Don’t think i’ll be returning to this sadly. It’s been a good eun

Online ordered items, show up just to find out the items are no longer on the menu??The quality ever since Bubble Waffle Cafe had became a franchise and sold their stores had drastically gone downhill with poorly managed franchises. At least get the menus align with all the stores!So so so disappointed. Used to be one of my favourite eats.
This shop had the slowest service I've ever experienced at a Bubble Waffle Cafe. Took over 30 minutes to get my order ready. There were a lot of customers waiting around too!
This place is very popular! Almost always a line for their afternoon tea special - bubble waffle + a drink!Moreover, their rice noodle is very good with a lot of ingredients and delicious soup base!!! My family really loves their food!!!
Rice had a weird taste, beef was lukewarm, cold bubble waffle I waited 15 mins for. Considering it just opened you would think food would be hot. Only saving grace was the drink. PS don't advertise sunny side egg, when you serve this. Look below lol
Price doesn’t match the sign, deceptive, staff didn’t care when brought to their attention and did not resolve. Their fried shrimp balls are not like what it shows in the picture either. They are going downhill
