We were excited to come back to Bubble Queen for the first time in years, but I don't think we'll be coming back ever again. We came back to have the Ferrero Rocher slush which was our old favourite. Shockingly, it took TWENTY minutes to get our drink despite there being only 5 people ahead of us and there were 4 staff working. What was even worse was that the drink, including some mochi toppings, was $11. We've been to lots of premium bubble tea shops over the years but this was definitely the most expensive one yet. $11!! This was STAGGERING. Even after inflation and Covid, this price was outright ridiculous. And then we finally got our drink and sadly it wasn't even good. It was watered down, not sweet, and was so mediocre. Tasted like a cheap milkshake that I could have made at home topped with an unwrapped Ferrero Rocher just to let you know that there might be Ferrero Rocher in the drink. Honestly I feel like we were straight up scammed.

A very unique bubble tea place in Richmond. My favourite drink is Ferrero Roca and mango slush from here.Must try those 2.

Went here for some bbt and bubble waffles and it’s so good! Always loved Bubble Queen for a long time but it’s been quite some time since I visited. Happy to say, quality of the bubble tea drinks are still awesome, and that their waffles are super tasty!Plenty of flavour options to choose from. If you are unsure what to order, the mango slush is a great start. It’s so good!!!!!! Ferrero and Toblerone are good too. For the waffles, we tried the Oreo and enjoyed every bite of it! Check out their menu to see all the options! The shop has some seating area available, but they can fill up fast! Pay parking is available on the street. Also, they do accept debit payment.

All the fruits and ingredients are good quality and fresh. They have the best bubble tea and bubble waffles ! Our fave is the mochi bubble waffle and the cubed mango bubble tea! They never skimp out on portions too.

Tried the strawberry milk and strawberry bubble waffle. The drink and waffle looked great and service was nice too. However... The strawberry milk was deathly sweet.... Like almost not drinkable. It was like drinking strawberry sundae syrup. If you look at the picture...it was half strawberry jam like substance and topped with a bit of milk and ice. Also the strawberry bubble waffle was very artificial strawberry tasting with pink food coloring.... It was quite chemical like and didn't taste that great.

Came all the way from Surrey to try bubble queen and didn't not disappoint. The owner Vivian stayed late for us and got all of our orders (6 bubble tea). She even went above and beyond and made us bubble waffle.Great owner, great spot. Check them out. Worth the drive.

Good but ridiculous price. My wife sent me for 2 fresh Mango (not cubes on top) “Slushy” style, with milk and pearls. $23. No thanks.Receipt was the food order and didn’t include the dollar amounts. Crazy. Last time we go here, it use to be a stop we go to every time we go to Richmond.

Best Piña Colada I had! I also tried their Strawberry cheesecake and mango raspberry. So worth it as their LARGE cups are much bigger than other bbt places. Am a new fan ♡ FYI they use REAL fruits and take their time preparing these lovelies. ??♡

Good bubbletea shop. Free parking in plaza. The service was relatively quick and bubbletea tasted as it should. Didn't get anything fancy, but would like to try them next time.

Came here for take out and wow the mango really good. Big chunks and in season. You could say the drinks were on the high end but just worth the price. I can see coming back here for special occasions.
