Not the best experience last couple times I was here but this time it was really disappointing. I'm not sure where the communication broke down but our order of 3 meals took over an hour to be served. It was a Tuesday evening after 8pm and the place was not busy at all. The waiting staff were apologetic and the manager on duty reduced our bill by 50% but even the meal seemed to be a let down after waiting so long.I'll probably consider other options before returning here again.
Second time I come back to this restaurant. Food is okay but portion isn’t that big.
A great casual place to meet up with a group of friends for a social beverage, snacks, and conversation.There is seating both inside as well as on their patio.
Excellent service, good food, especially the burgers and drinks. Patio is not busy usually.
Great location, nice patio. Excellent service. I was in Richmond for business for several days. We ate there several times and by happy accident, we got the same server everytime. She has such a positive demeanor and was very pleasant to be served by. Thanks again Jen.
Went there at night, was extremely quiet and had good vibes. Nice set up for a small social house. Food was decent, found it a bit weird they add beans to nachos.Service was a bit slow, again, there weren’t a lot of tables around so I was a bit shocked I had to wave another server down to get our bill.
It was a busy place and friendly staff. I liked it. Eventhough they were busy and we've waited for at least 30 minutes for our appetizer to start it's good.
The tuna poke bowl was very good except for the fried seaweed/kelp which was very chewy.
Kudos - Browns SocialHouse for the great service. Branden R. (GM) and Team provided wonderful service during my recent visit. The Brown's team were attentive and friendly. What stood out, is how they frequently checked on our table to ensure we had everything we needed. Our drinks never hit empty and we were able to focus on sitting back and enjoying our conversation. 5 stars for service!!
Menu has a variety of nice options. Including gluten free and vegetarianNice ambience and calm lighting a bit darker, candle lights. Customer service was good. The only downfall; the beer options are limited and the beer could be colder. I ordered the Guiness and it tasted watered down.
