Such a big name is restaurant chain. But QUALITY is zero.I FOUND A BIG FLY IN My pizza. I’m still grossed out. I want to share the pic as well.It was not even the busy time.
2 stars for pleasant and efficient service only. First time at this location (previously went to the now closed 3rd location). Sooo disappointed with the pasta dishes!?! We had 2 pastas - the pastas were definitely out of a box. The spaghetti was overcooked and warm, not hot and the penne was soggy as if it had been boiled earlier and reheated. The penne was floating in a flavorless, out of the jarmarinara like sauce. I think both dishes had the same sauce other than one having a few red peppers and mushrooms. And their food is pricey! For pretty much the same price , you can get fresh pasta, homemade sauces and large portions at places like Italian Tomato. Unfortunately, this was our first and last time at Boston Pizza.. Should listened to other reviews that ranked the food very low.
I’m only giving them a one star because I have no other choice. If zero stars was an option for this place I would’ve been more then happy to give them a BIG ZERO. This particular location is a complete joke, as someone who has worked in restaurants and customer service I have a great deal of understanding patience and appreciation for everyone who works. HOWEVER, This is the only place in my entire life I have walked out of the restaurant after going in TWICE. I’ve only done this maybe three or four times in my entire life but yet at this particular location it has happened more than once.I just left the restaurant right now to write this review, my wife, my son and I went in to order food. In that time we waited for 15 minutes and not one person approached us, then I got frustrated and ordered sushi from within the same plaza. Then 20 minutes after that we had spent a grand total of 35 minutes in the restaurant and NOT ONE person asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything or even cared to bring us any water or even give us simple basic recognition. What’s worst of all is that they were just as many staff members inside the restaurant at that moment and time as there were people eating and dining at the restaurant. Not sure who the staff members are working today but if I am to ever step foot in that restaurant again they need to clear house the entire front staff. By far the worst and most disappointing customer service I’ve ever received anywhere in my entire life. DONT GO HERE!!!
Ordered take out last week. Toppings were skimpy so this time ordered double toppings. Brought home and toppings were not doubled. Called and told very rudely that I didn’t pay for extra toppings. When I insisted I did she looked and found indeed I did. Instead of apologizing and quickly resolving by offering a full credit for those toppings instead asked sarcastically if I expected a free pizza and said too busy to give a credit and she couldn’t do anything anyway but the manger would get back to me hopefully eventually. When asked to speak to manager as she was super rude she kept me on hold 12 mins and counting. As I said we ordered last week and again this week and were to be our new go to pizza place. Worst and rudest customer service person and manager ever. Manager wouldn’t even take the 2 mins to get on the phone and instead got someone else to talk to me who was at least polite. Absolute terrible overall service for a restaurant who you’d think would want repeat business. All over $6 measly dollars. Busy is not an excuse as I’ve been to many busy restaurants who at least would take a quick moment to speak to a customer for their own error. In the end said would immediately send me a coupon for $6 off next time which she didn’t. It’s not about the $6 as we always tip 20% for take out which was more than double that. It was how she insisted rudely that I didn’t pay for it then just could not simply apologize and offer the credit. Thanks but there won’t be a next time. It’s about how you treat your customers and obviously you don’t really care if they never come back.Edit: actually shorted 3 double toppings so $12. The other pizza also had only single toppings. Does this look like double pepperoni and cheese?
We had a lovely time for two at this Boston Pizza. We were sat very quickly though noticed larger parties had a small wait. The food was very good! They were able to customize my nachos to not include anything spicy and the garlic broccoli side was absolutely delicious! Service was prompt and excellent! A+ Franchisee here.We have also previously dined by delivery from this location and it was excellent then too! Everything was packaged great, foot was still hot when it arrived and tasted as good as if we'd just sat down in the restaurant!
The server was excellent. Food was good. Perfect was to relax after a stressful day of travelling. Only thing off was the stall in the male washroom was not locking so that was quite inconvenient.

Been here twice within a week. Very much enjoy coming here even though it's really out of the way for my family and I. Service and food is great! Will definitely come back again!
Good family restaurant. Kids love the food there. We like the nachos there with wine. Very reasonable price.
Staff are great, the food is sub-par, typical of big box restaurant chains.The music they play was absolutely obnoxiously loud and extremely irritating.They played horrible disgusting Rap music then ridiculous country music then actual video game sound effects from the 80s. It was so loud even the sever had to yell. we almost walked out. I was there at 3pm on a Sunday and the place had about 4 other people inside.I doubt I would bring my family here again.
