The girl taking my order was very friendly and helpful about my orders. But huge disappointment with the food. Pearls were over cooked that they all stuck together, wasn’t asked whether we wanted it to be icy or not. Got home and it was super sweet! It was so sweet that we started getting sick afterwards. I did get my order (3 large bowls) within one minute but it definitely felt like it was being rushed. I’m a regular customer here and this was a huge disappointment for sure.
very unsanitary. workers here do not take covid seriously. the worker there kept pulling his mask down and eating + drinking his bubble tea AND touching all the food and drinks he is making for customers. he’s getting all the germs on his hands by constantly touching his mask. does he not wash his hands after touching his mask so much? how is eating food and constantly touching mask allowed when handling food?? did they take food safe??? also, the other worker there kept going on his phone and talking and has his mask down walking around the restaurant and speaking loudly. the drinks taste like water here.
The decor at this location is bright and modern with plants and a big fish tank. The ambiance is very nice. Service and quality are good as with other locations. Speed was not bad, perhaps it depends on what's ordered. The pearls took a while longer than the others for us because it was still being made, but the plus side is that they were steaming fresh when served.

I’m a huge fan of their desserts. My favourite is the grass jelly bowl. After my first visit, I was hooked and have been back several times since! Their quality has been consistent each visit.
Taiwanese dessert chain. Sizable interior. Small portion given the price.
Milk tea shaved ice is amazing. I loved the sweet potato snacks too. Really great place to get snacks and hang out.
I ordered the mini balls with grass jelly (supposedly, matcha, Sesame, sweet potato, and taro flavors). However, the balls had no flavor to speak of. Not even sweet. What's the point of having the different types if they don't even taste like anything? The experience of eating them was so unpleasant I couldn't finish the dessert. We also had to wait 30 minutes to get our two orders.. overall quite disappointing
We ordered the popular fresh milk with brown sugar pearls - for $7 was great value - service and cleanliness on point - they staff was very friendly ?? keep it going!!!!
The place is really clean, spaced seating and overall a great atmosphere. I loved the wintermelon tea and grass jelly. There are so many selections of toppings for the grass jelly and each one are unique in flavour.
