Very rude and unprofessional staff, went to the cashier and 2 staffs were there, they treated me like I was invisible until I said excuse me after waiting for a minute. Later I found out they even gave me a bad review for my UberEat account, absolutely disgusting attitude.(All I did was to show them my order number and said “UberEat pickup”, I didn’t say thank you when I got the order since they were being very impolite, I guess they are being petty because of that reason. Unbelievable.)
Ordered through Uber Eats, quite like their tea infused cubes and I enjoy a stronger tea flavour. Tried their gold oolong milk tea with no ice and 25% sugar which was great.
The machine died, so I have to use WeChat pay. But they charged me tips mandatorily without telling me. I went back and asked why the prices are different, but the attitude of employee was bad. she said that ” The machine charged you, not me”.I would not come back anymore!Don’t recommend!!
Love their tea based drinks and the large number of varieties.

Was quite disappointed in the taste.Ordered the Sparkling Peach Tea with 100% ice, 100% sugar, and pearls. The tea tasted very watered down - it was not sweet at all.It actually had a bitter taste, probably from the lemon and lime rind.The pearls on the otherhand were not bad texture wise.

Very disappointed about this place. I’ve been there a couple of times and there were ALWAYS mistakes in my order. I decided don’t come back anymore.Today (Sep 1st, 2021) I ordered a LARGE CARAMEL CHEESE TEA and a large mangodise. If you see the picture of the receipt it says KALE MANGO YOGUR. When I checked the receipt (and I checked it because previous mistakes happened before) I talked to the cashier to tell her that I didn’t order that one and I repeated my order. I had to repeat 4 times!!! Finally, I had to show her on the menu which one I wanted because she never understood. At the end, as you can see in the picture she gave me a regular size instead of large. I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it again so I took it as it was.By the way the cashier WASN’T WEARING MASK!!!PS. It could be a good idea if your website can be also in English. Not all the people that lives in Richmond read and speak Mandarin. It also applies when you hire your staff.
