I remember taking my kids here years ago when they had the play area. However the food they served in the past was nothing like it now. Had a great time and it was good. I can’t wait to see what they’ll do for a play area after the pandemic is over.
Everything was delicious here despite the long wait but everything delicious is worth the wait. The mango pudding soup, the longan and red date drink was aromatic, and the soy milk pudding cake was delicious as the mochi was perfect in both taste and texture! The owner was nice and the food was plenty as there was nothing lacking nor was it less than

The desserts here are amazing! Just the perfect sweetness and serving amount. The cafe is very well presented and the decor is fantastic! Highly recommend this place!

This is my favourite dessert shop in Richmond! Everything I’ve ordered has tasted great! Recently tried their fresh strawberry cake and it did not disappoint. The mango saigo is a must with intense mango flavour and the Oreo cake is my son’s favourite item!
I received their Lunar New Year specials from a close friend. It was really good! And their packagings are so cute and good for presents. So I have to buy some more for myself. The store is very clean and spacious. Staffs are very nice. Will definitely go there again.
Dessert is good, but service is subpar. If you don't allow seating, then put up the proper signs and your tables and chair away. Speak to customers like you value them. We don't owe you money. Be nice to those who take their time to visit your shop.
This is my first time writing a review, that shows how much I liked the desserts and the cafe! My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Azure Play Cafe. The place is clean, spacious and has a nice atmosphere. The owner Ivan is friendly and answered any questions we had about the desserts. We ordered a hot Rainbow fruit drink and a Cake with Cream Float. We really liked the flavours of the Rainbow fruit drink, a balance of fruit and tea, also it wasn’t overly sweet. The Cake with Cream Float (earl grey flavour, you have to preorder this) , the texture is so amazing!! It’s so soft, smooth and fluffy, the cream float brings a nice balance to the cake. This cafe can get busy because of the pre order dessert pick up, but it didn’t bother us, as we came here to relax with my husband, we didn’t mind the little wait. Overall, we were very impressed by the desserts and the whole experience. I would recommend others to come, just be a bit patient if they get busy, the desserts are worth the wait ❤️
