Quick service. The bacon in the Teen Burger was crispy! Not every A&W location gets it right. This location gets it right.
Ordered over two weeks ago via the drive thru. The food was fine, but it was the umpteenth time that I had to check the order to make sure that the staff included all of the Kids Pack order. Surprise, surprise the apple slices and MadeGood bar were missing again. Like previous times, the first clue is that the Kids Pack box is missing.I called for the staff member to come back through the window - it took several times trying get several staff members' attention for them to get her back. I asked the staff member if she had included everything for the Kids Pack. She replied that the french fries were in the bag. I informed her of the missing items and she grudgingly, but very easily packed them in a small bag - she knew what was left out.
I love ordering lunch from this a&w, the food is fresh and hot. This location is always very clean and Ash is very helpful with my order, they’re lucky to have such a hardworking employee!

A&W has great breakfasts and very reasonable prices on their burgers ,I always get good service .usually is busy ,but with the covid19 things have changed .there is a lot of parking for all including handicap.
Just came off a 22 hour shift... Hadn't eaten in 26...good god I did a skip the dishes order at 1230am. Arrived incredibly fresh and hot. Very very good fast food. Better than Vera's or BIn 4. Good job guys
Worst experience ever. Nobody is in the line up and they still ask you to wait before they take your order. Also, asked for ketchup, bbq sauce, and extra napkins. They said ok. I paid and they said drive to the front to pick up order as they are making fresh. This is great news. The lady brought my order to the car window. I asked if bbq and ketchup in the bag. She said yes. I left to find no bbq sauce. Then why lie to me about it?
foods good, however, employees are forgetfull or negligent. Twice now going to drive through employees have charged me an extra item on two sperate occasions both occasions I repeated my order back to them and they would tell me the cost of my food plus an item(I thought price was oddly high for both purchases) so I promptly ask for my reciept it isn't until I ask for a reciept do they then tell me they made a mistake and added an extra burger and refund me in cash. Honestly can't tell if it's a mistake or it's on purpose either way make sure you ask for a reciept and check prices on menu because I don't believe this will be the last time it happens to me. Absolutly ridiculous. (Oct 25 - again they didnt get order correct, well they gost most correct, however they gave me fries instead of my poutine and charged me for the poutine I had already left the drive thru without checking the bag, it was a rookie mistake for the amount of times my order has been screwed up at this franchise. stop cheating me out of my money.
I cannot believe my eyes when I saw the kitchen staff handled my order with their bare hands!!!!!! One lady shoved fries into the bag with her bare hands and the other lady made my kids cheeseburger with her bare hands as well!!!!!!! Even after I mentioned to the front counter lady that this is totally inappropriate, the rest of the kitchen staff continues to grab food with their bare hands without any gloves or even washing their hands……I threw away my food when I got home. Extremely unacceptable and will never visit again.
There food and service is excellent . I have been to so many AW ‘s but this one is the BEST . Very clean place to eat and friendly staff .
