30 minute wait - staff taking their sweet time doing things, no sense of urgency even though there is 20 people lined up.
Long lineup. Bread dry as rock hard. Worst burger in my life. No ketchup for fries. One star rate is still too much. Staffs are so rude. Yelling at customer that they dont have items and sold out. Poor business
Insufficient staffing, the gentleman front of house was slow and had poor/rude communication skills with customers\\nAfter queuing for 40 minutes told, no chicken available and only root beer or water was available to drink.\\nQuality of food available was better than nothing but not great\\nKitchen looked cluttered and unorganised\\nFuture customers, I’d go to Subway next door
There’s a young guy who works here, the guy is a Legend. He has more enthusiasm for his job than anyone else at YVR, which is why I always choose A\\u0026W when I visit the Vancouver airport. Good job, bro ?
There's this Fella that was tending the front counter when I went through, and he brought such a fantastic energy to the job, I can't stop thinking about the good vibes he was radiating. Didn't manage to catch his name, but his energy was like that of a hibachi chef, with the the exaggerated movements and all that.

I like this brand of burger made if grass fed cos, the taste is great also, so is their famous root beer. Keep it up A\\u0026W Canada!
I always eat here before my flight.\\nExtremely nice people.\\nFood presentation is good but you may want to be a little patient to get your order. I think the reason why it takes time is because they bring out the fresh batch every time.\\nBut if there is a problem and need help or if there’s a problem with your order, this place will be happy to assist you as much as possible.
A massive line forms here every am, easily predicted. Why is this location not staffed to handle this? Stood in line for 30 MINS! And still got no food!
Ordered a Large Milk Pancakes 3 Pieces of Bacon and a small coffee.Received the kids size Milk.Attendant actually paid with his debit for the correct size of Milk.Amazing .Food was great.Customer service outstanding !!
