The fries was soft but a bit tasteless. Forgot the salt? receipt didnt show the detail, just the amount.
Haven’t been there in two years and I was more than surprised by how bad the food is now. It used to be my favorite fast food joint.\\n\\nCannot believe this burger cost me $8. Beef is overcooked and the cheese is nowhere near melt. Someone must have just slapped the cheese on and called it a day.
Ordered car delivery from A\\u0026W app. Best burger . Friendly guy said not available anymore . Would sub . Gave me Uncle burger which is less expensive but never refunded me difference . It’s only a $1 difference, but if you guys charge 0.30 extra for a slice of tomato you should also refund customers for items not available. Also went inside and washroom sign says public washroom closed due to Covid. It’s May 10.2022 and mandates are lifted . There were patrons in restaurant without masks . If you are open you really should have a usable washroom .
I've been going to this specific branch since I was a child, and I can assure you that their service and food quality has worsened significantly.\\n\\nAbout 5 years ago, they began to mess up my order. Then it gradually became too consistent to the point where I dislike eating from there as a whole. Once, it was rotting, sour mayo on my chicken buddy burger. Next, it was fries instead of onion rings (which I ordered). Then, a fountain drink of root beer that they filled half way with ice and barely any root beer was added. One day, I noticed they started watering down my drink. I asked others if this happened to them and they said \\\"yes\\\".\\n\\nI'd rather not spend money on a stingy restaurant branch owned by a mega-company. I don't think it's A\\u0026W's fault that this continues to happen. I think it's the branch's fault that they continue to make these mistakes.\\n\\nI mentioned it to the manager a couple of times and they still haven't changed their ways the slightest. I don't think I'd go back there anymore. 2/10
Poor service. A long lineup is waiting just for taking orders. Tables are dirty and no staff will clean the tabes. Five staffs are working in the kitchen and still waiting more than 10 mins n still waiting.After 15 mins I got my food but the coffee is still not ready. She still asked me about my coffee order.I won't tell anyone to come to this seaaie a&w location on no1 rdA month after, today Saturday morning, I come back to this location. The service has improved 100%.When she took my order, she also poured my coffee.And it didn't take long to get my food.Very good and efficient service.
Must've come at the wrong time bc the line up was all the way out the door. Always get them to repeat your order then check your bag b4 leaving bc 7x/10 they forget an item. Other than that great food
It can be slow when it is busy. However, their food quality and service is the best among all other A&W. They make sure their quality is up to the standard.
Don’t go to the A&W located on Stevenson highway. The three East Indian ladies that work there are very unsanitary. They go into the kitchen to make your food without washing their hands (after working at the drive through) and using their hands to place the meat patty onto the buns instead of using a utensil. What really got me was recooking the salted fries to get rid of the salt when I asked for fries with no salt.
Posted hours say 9pm close. It's 8:35. 2 employees are in there ignoring my knocking for a few minutes. Then eventually one looked up and motioned that they are closed.
