My son moved to Australia years ago. When he comes home for a visit, the first place he wants to go is A &W. Because you're close to the airport we always stop and my son enjoys his teen burger.
Taste is good, however presentation very bad, I can wrap this better at home. Get order wrong...staff doesn't communicate, have to keep asking what my order is...when order is "ready", drinks was missing.
Slow and substandard service. The staffs don't seem to know how to use the online coupons with their system. A wrap came all falling apart. I explicitly asked for the new frozen root beer but the staff didn't seem to know what I was talking about and gave me the regular one. I had to show them the product on my phone before they realized they don't have that product at this location, which should've been made clear to the customer when ordered. Recommend more training on product knowledge and food preparation for the staffs.
I really love A & W and this one is right in between my home and work but this location is often so rude and occasionally gets my order wrong. I don’t know if it’s because it’s right by loud road but I often have to clarify when I get to the till. I get that early mornings are tough and it’s easy to be grumpy but if you don’t like your job then do something else.
Love the beyond burger, and I love the fries specially when fresh, that's the best fries! Love it
We ordered beyond meat on drive thru.Specially we asked to remove toppings from the burger and confirmed twice.Still got wrong order and when I went inside the guy didn't even apologize and asked me to wait. He just gave cold burger and another employee on the backside was yelling in Punjabi language that make sure to get old burger which I even returned at very first moment while describing them the wrong burger.Should at least learn some basic customer services skills. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

By far my worst experience at an A&W. Burger was incorrectly made twice, onion rings cold and the staff were not only unwelcoming but complete zombies.$14.68 wasted but the good news is this establishment will never get my business again.
The food was fine, but be careful about the business hours listed on Google. The signs are clear on the restaurant itself, they say "Drive-thru open 24 hours."I arrived on a late flight to YVR and was hungry at a nearby Hotel. With only the drive-thru open late I went through on foot, a first for me. The woman seemed fine with a pedestrian at her window and she even warned a car coming after to drive carefully around me. It was not the most comfortable way to buy a burger but I left with what I needed.
Even though they were extremely busy the day I went. Customers waited for a very long time ordering/waiting for their food. The staff that day tried their very best to give good services to customers without any attitude.
