Went to the one on Victoria Street and they were a bit flustered to the point we seem to unknowingly ended up with someone else's poutine, discovered after we had left the window and driven to our destination. In their favour, it wasn't bad.
The service is quick and efficient, however, if you ask them to remove something from your burger the outside of the wrap tends to be pretty greesy and covered in sauce.
Only went here once . The food was good nice and fresh frendly staff . Was nice to be able to sit down and eat my food :)

Get a baked potato with grated cheese! Make sure you say grated cheese otherwise you're going to get the liquid like chesse sauce.

Worst customer service experience, extremely unprofessional management.Was accused of lying by not one, but TWO members of management. I spent over $30 on food, am a frequent customer and donated along with my bill.. I got home to realise I only received 1 fries when I had paid for two (stated on the receipt). I called them to let them know, and was accused of lying by the manager who put together my order, stating that she was 100% sure she put them in. Well I can very honestly tell you she did not, she then proceeded to pass the phone off to the main manager of the Wendy's on Central who also accused me of lying (without checking the video). She repeatedly stated "why would she say she is sure she put them in if she did not?". Well that is a good question, I am rather curious of that myself.After being accused of lying multiple times—and I remind you this is over 1 large fries—she said she would check the camera footage. I left her my phone number and requested that she call me and apologize after viewing the footage...I am still waiting for the apology.

Love it, the food is great the people that work there are awesome I definitely recommend it for those craving a damn good burger
